Everything about my treatment here has always been a five star experience. Booking and rescheduling appointments with Martha at the front desk is always such a pleasure. She remembers me and my family and her genuine care for our health and overall well-being is undeniable. Sandra makes x-rays a BREEZE. It's notoriously the worst pet for me (I suffer from TMJ and holding my mouth in weird positions is challenging), but she is quick and efficient and makes the whole process painless. Sandra is super knowledgeable, personable, and just like Martha, has such a kind and genuine spirit and care for her patients. She always does my polishing as well and finishes up and is just a pleasure. Dr. Kang has always been so warm and has a great bedside manner. She provides excellent advice, care and I always feel that I'm in the very best hands with her. I was a little nervous about returning to treatment during Covid, but the office is spotless (as always), sanitized and they are clearly taking every precaution to protect their patients. Out of all the dentist offices I have been to, CDIC in Brea is the best. They are very friendly and focused on the patients needs. They always follow up and make sure to set up all the appointments necessary. All my questions and concerns are always answered. I got insurance with Dental Care USA. I went on the insurance website and searched for possible dentists. I decided to give CDIC a call and they told me they do not accept Dental Care USA even though they are listed on the website. I told the girl on the phone that it shows they accept the insurance and then she said "we are NOT accepting new customers with this insurance". Doesn't make any sense to me. Why accept it from old customers but not new ones? Why be listed on their website and not accept it? Weird. 2/5 stars. 1 extra star because they answered the phone quickly and weren't rude. read more

Both times I have gone here, the dentists have recommended extraction citing that there was no possible way to save the teeth. I then consulted an endodontist and he said they were absolutely savable and performed root canals and crowned the teeth. I have had no further issues. Dentists should be in the business of saving teeth, not pulling them. Go somewhere more knowledgeable. read more

Most amazing experience ever. I have neglected my teeth for many years. I was extremely embarrassed for anyone to see my teeth. My son used 1800dentist and found this office. He was so nervous yet gad the best experience so when my crown broke I called to make an appointment. They got me In right away although they were busy. Sandra was my girl from the start. She was so sweet! Dr Tuan came In and briefed me on our course of action. What I found out was surprising! The previous office I went to told me another tooth had to be pulled as well as I needed a deep cleaning although I had one within the year. Also, they wouldn't give me a night guard since they wanted that tooth pulled. Dr Tuan was kind, honest and saved me a lot in dental cost due to his ethical nature. I really love this place. They really take care of you and listen to your concerns. I haven't been to the dentist in a while because of my experience with other offices charging me a lot of money so with that in mind I was worried of how much my procedures were going to cost me here. Nope. Here they were able to help me get my wisdom teeth extracted at no cost because they saw how bad in pain I was. After getting the procedure done, I came back because of how helpful and informative they were from the beginning. I was due for a cleaning and they made the experience comfortable and relaxed as possible. Even making my one year old comfortable by putting YouTube videos on the television for a couple of minutes and if that failed, giving him snacks or little toys to entertain him with.
