Leo was awesome to work with leading up to and during our Navy Ball event here in Monterey. Unbeatable pricing and very friendly, gracious and accommodating to the military. Music and photo booth were top notch. We will definitely look to Leo again for any other events requiring such services. read more

I found Dj Galaxy through Yelp. I recently moved the monterey area and planning a wedding had me nervous. Meeting Leo was and feeling his support and can do attitude made everything seem exiting. He always checked up on us to see if we needed anything. The day of it was perfect and Leo helped so much as if he was family. The music was popping and everyone loved him. Thank you Dj Galaxy! read more

Leo was our DJ for our Wedding at Jardines. He makes sure everything is narrowed down to exactly how you would your music to be from beginning to end. He is very organized and detailed so your day will be perfect. On top of that, he then stepped up and basically coordinated the whole wedding because of other circumstances at Jardines. If Leo wasn't there it definitely would've been a disaster. We are truly grateful! If you need a DJ for your party, event or wedding at Jardines you are 100% in great hands. He is very detailed, organized and will accommodate your needs for your special event! Thank you Leo! read more

Dj Galaxy team were beyond amazing. We found dj galaxy trough our venue they highly recommend Leo for his professional job, because he played most of the songs I requested. He made sure my family was dancing all night , and made them feel special. Our guest were very happy at our wedding because not only were they young adults dancing their favorite songs , but also the older adults were able to dance to disco music. I love Leo's team also because play our favorite techno music. I want to say my major thanks to the dj as well for reading a script for our ceremony words can't describe how happy my husband and I were with their work. The photo booth was excellent. Lastly thank you Leo for making our day super special and for coming to our wedding even though you were sick. Love you guys so much. I highly recommend dj galaxy for your wedding day or any occasion . They are super professional read more

Leo and his team were amazing!! I got married at Wedgewood in May and was so glad that Leo and his team were working with Wedgewood. Leo was great for questions and even when I was changing things the day before the wedding nothing was an issue for them. I had asked for instrumental music during dinner (think Piano Guys mixed with The Greatest Showman) and gave Leo and his team very little guidance on what I wanted but they nailed it! We got a ton of compliments on the dinner music. Thank you Leo and the CCE Team! read more

Let me start by saying that DJ Galaxy was honestly the best DJ anyone could ever ask for, after months of looking for a DJ he was the best one out of all of them, he took care of my husband and I on our wedding day, he was always there when I needed him or had any question, always replied fast and never left me without an answer to my question, he was honestly above and beyond We would totally recommend him to anyone. We've never been so happy thanks Leo!l, for taking away our stress and worries!! We love you! read more

We needed a sound system for my daughters Bat Mitzvah and Leo was a great help. He got us set up with the right microphones, helped up hook up our device with a play list and supplied us with fantastic lighting for the dance floor. First class service all the way. Great communication and always had time for my questions. I highly recommend them for any sound system or party needs. read more

Awesome. I can't say enough about how great Leo was at our party. I have never worked with anyone who is so attentive and focused on making sure our party was perfect and fun. He went over and above offering more than we even expected. A rare find in the entertainment business read more

Loved what they had to offer! Kind and reliable. Kept word, met our needs at every turn.

We had a great experience with Leo and his DJ team! Let me start by saying, Leo is a constant professional, friendly and easy to work with. From day one, I knew Leo and his team were going to do everything in their power to make our event great. From taking advanced song request from our classmates(1977 ROCKS!), to organizing a "blast from the past" video on a huge TV screen, Leo was instrumental in the success of our 40th Class Reunion. On the day of the event, Leo and his team were on time, they set up with ease (the up lights are a must! They set the mood and give the place ambiance, who knew?), and the break-down after the event was a breeze. Leo and his DJ's really listened to us when we said we only wanted music from our high school era. Our classmates were on their feet, dancing the night away and having a great time. We ALL said, "This was the best Class Reunion ever!!". Thank you Leo and team, YOU'RE THE BEST! read more

We Hired Leo with DJ Galaxy Music after reading all the positive Yelp reviews back in October for my daughters Quince in this December. And let me tell you Leo and his group did not disappoint. He helped and worked with us from day 1. He is on point with all your requests. Music isnt the only thing he specializes in...youll be so happy with the Video and Lighting he also bring to the table . He made my daughters reception beautiful, memorable and mostly very exciting, his team will never bring a dull moment to your event from start to finish. 5 stars does his team no justice.. We hired Leo and Dj Galaxy for our wedding on June 25th. They were the best, when you hire Dj Galaxy they will be with you every step of the way before your event, always going the extra mile to make your day perfect. If you want someone who is constantly thinking of ways to make your day the best it can possibly be, Leo is your man. He offered so many great ideas to make our day extra special, our wedding truly would not have been as memorable as it was without Leo and his team. Thank you Leo and Dj Galaxy!! read more

Fun, professional and experienced! I helped my cousin plan out his birthday party and I suggested that we interview DJ Galaxy for the music, since I had recently attended a event where he was the DJ. He was very professional and straightforward with what he includes in the package so we knew exactly what we were getting, and he also worked within our budget to get the most for what we paid for. Our first intentions were to hire a DJ only for music, but we ended up looking at the packages that include professional up-lighting, and we're glad we did! It turned what would have been just a regular party into an EVENT. We gave him a list of music that we wanted to hear, and he had it all by the party time. He also kept the party going with what the crowd was feeling and it was never dull. His experience in not only DJing, but also in the planning and set-up, along with the reasonable pricing, make it easy to hire him for our next party! read more

Our event was incredibly elegant and entertaining thanks to Leo and his team! The photo booth was highly professional and a real crowd pleaser!!! In addition, the music kept everyone on the dance floor all night! Leo was talented with mixing, and as an MC he was engaging, fun, professional, and his portable booth and lights really added that club feel. We were spoiled by DJ Galaxy and can't WAIT to have an excuse to book again! read more

One of the best decisions that we could have made was get CCE for our wedding entertainment.  They went above and beyond for us and our big day and trust me when I say above and beyond! Planning a wedding during these time was hectic, Leo and his team were amazing and did not add stress to our load of stress we already had. From having two reception vendors canceling, to changing dates Leo kept calm and worked through all this hectic mess with us. Leo even got together to create another photo booth specifically for our big day! Talk about going above and beyond for his clients, well he sure surpassed our expectations! They had the crowd going wild and entertained the entire day. Most importantly Leo has the best energy and is truly humble and genuine and his team is right there with him. An amazing and humbling team that he has. This review has been past due but we went straight for the honeymoon. May 22nd was one for the books read more

Leo and his CCE team were nothing short of amazing! They were funny and had all our guest laughing and pumped with energy throughout the night! He was very professional and responsive when we had any questions or concerns. The loss of both my grandparents just before our wedding day was very rough for me and my family, but the tribute he put together for them was truly AMAZING and very breathtaking, he had us all in tears (happy tears.) He had great vision and ideas for our garter dance lol I had fun with it. Leo had all our guest on the dance floor ALL night, no lie! The day after our wedding I had all my friends and family asking about Leo and loved the humor he brought to our wedding. I can't thank him and his team enough for making our day special....and funky! Can't wait to work with them for our next event. People, stop your DJ search and book with Leo now! DJ galaxy did my wedding for me and my wife. First off he took the time to meet with us multiple times to make sure it was what we wanted. We didn't even have a wedding planner and he opened our eyes so much to things we didn't even think about for our wedding. He is not just a DJ he really was our wedding planner he made sure everything went right before during and after the wedding. I can't explain enough to the people on hear reading this how special he made us feel and our families. For example I married into a Hispanic family and she had over 95% of her family and friends there and the rest was my friends and family. He made my Portuguese family who was there feel special by giving them the flag on their side showing them the presence was there. I have never had so much fun in my life and everyone will tell you the same he had an amazing sound system amazing crew amazing lights amazing everything it was amazing he kept the party alive got people out of their seats. He even got us a photo booth which everyone loved. IM TELLING YOU IF YOU DONT PICK LEO I PROMISE YOULL NEVER FIND A BETTER DJ HE FELT LIKE FAMILY I WILL FOREVER REMEMBER THAT NIGHT AND HE WAS A BIG REASON why!!!!!!! Thank you so much leo read more

If I could give 10 stars I would. As someone who has done MANY events for many years - some as major, major productions... I understand and appreciate the difference between a vendor and an event PARTNER. Leo, the team.. went above and beyond from the second.. the very moment they met us at the venue.. to after the event was over. I am not one that is easy to please.. I always say. I have a very, VERY specific way I like things done, delivered, managed.. and Leo knows exactly what to do, when to do it and WHY to do it, in order to create an ATMOSPHERE that incorporates Audio, Lighting and Video. He has a keen eye and understanding for what makes an event stand out, and aligns his vision QUICKLY to those of his clients. He WILL, without question, BE my event PARTNER.. for as long as he is willing to be. I encourage others wanting to work with a company that is not only professional and competent, but incredibly compassionate and kind to make this company theirs as well. Thank you again, Leo & Team. Recently worked on an event with Leo and his team. They were very professional and strong work ethic. They were willing to really help with set up team to help make our event look amazing in the final phases of setup. I was only there for end of event after initial setup but crowd was very into it and al reports i got from those who attended were great. I would definitely recommend DJ galaxy and use his services for future events. Hoping our committee will work with him again. read more

Contacted DJ Galaxy for Winter Work Event. His response was prompt and professional. The services he provides are second-to-none and really goes above and beyond to meet the needs of the event. His equipment is professional and up-scale, and aesthetically pleasing. However, what sets DJ Galaxy apart from the rest is his personality, he knows how to get the crowed involved and really make the event feel personalized and enjoyable. Hes not afraid to get his hands dirty and interact with the crowd. If you looking for a professional, up-scale, DJ whos mission is to make your event the best it can be....DJ Galaxy is THE choice. read more

I can't speak highly enough of DJ Galaxy Music. Leo and his team are the best....that sums it up! They were very professional, very easy to work with and both parties were always on the same page. My daughter attends Madonna del Sasso School and I was on the committee for the Father Daughter Dance and having Leo and his DJ Galaxy Music Team helped make the event a huge success. He was very interactive with the the girls and the fathers Getting little girls and teenage girls on the dance floor with their father could be a little challenging - but Leo made it happen. The music was perfect and the big screen TV's coordinated with our theme and colors so it was beautiful. Working with Leo made the planning a lot easier. We have worked with him before on this event and just love having him there. I would recommend DJ Galaxy Music to anyone who wants professionalism, customer service and expert knowledge in music and party planning in their event. Thank you DJ Galaxy Music. read more

We settled on DJ Galaxy Music to handle our wedding and reception after reviewing several possible DJ services. We couldn't be happier with our decision and the outstanding service provided by Leo and his team. From our first meeting with Leo we knew we had made a great choice. He was very friendly and professional and gave us lots of great ideas for making our wedding day one we'll always remember. He also had a very helpful planning tool on a client access portal on his website that we used for planning our day. He arrived early on the day of the event and personally made sure every detail was covered. He had a knack for keeping everyone dancing all night with the perfect mix of music right up until the very end of the night. Everyone loved the music selection and our wedding celebration was a huge success thanks to Leo and his team's fantastic work. We will definitely use him again the next time we're in need of a DJ service! read more

The last thing you want to deal with when organizing a party is trying to coordinate the venue, music, and outside vendors. It's always hard, but Leo and his team were amazing. He was able to help us organize over phone and email and he dealt with last minute adjustments like a pro. He was unflappable and so reassuring which is what I needed for our party. I also highly recommend the photo booth option add on because it was such a hit! He makes sure that there's an attendant to keep track of props for the booth and make sure things run smoothly. His team that showed up was so sweet and helpful and was great about making sure all our songs got played :) we would absolutely recommend Leo and his team for any event! I would give Dj Galaxy Music more than 5 stars!! He deserves 10 stars! I had contacted Dj Galaxy for my November wedding. There was one specif review that stood out for me and decided to contact him after talking to him and hearing what he had to offer, I ended the phone call thinking, "I have to have him at my wedding" There was something about him that stood out from all the other djs on yelp. We decided to have Dj Galaxy at our wedding and during the whole planning he made sure we had everything we needed and kept reminding me not to stress out to enjoy this beautify planning, that everything was going to be ok. He is not just out for business, he is out to make sure you feel special at your event and to make sure it is as amazing as what you have in mind. I don't live near Salinas, but I had to have my wedding close since my whole family lives there. My fiance had a busy schedule, but Leo did his best to meet up with us and talk about the planning every time we spoke on the phone, he would always ask if I needed anything else for my wedding that to let him know and he will try to find what I needed. He made our wedding very special and fun. My fiance has a small family and they are from Portugal, he gave us ideas to make them feel special at our wedding. They felt welcomed and special when Leo made a shout out to him and added their Portugal flag at our wedding. The set up was amazing, the gobo lights made our event look so beautiful. We had a gobo light with our names and it was wonderful. He gets crowed excited and he looks out to see when the crowed is getting impatient to dance, he adds a touch to get them to laugh and enjoy themselves. He is very organized, once our wedding started he makes sure the next step of our wedding is ready before the music is over. There is never any moment of silence. The photobooth was amazing, everyone loved it and had fun. Thank you so much Dj Galaxy without you our wedding wouldn't have been amazing as it was, everyone can't stop talking about it and how it was the best wedding they have ever been too. I wish it was like this every day! I will make sure to contact you when other family members get married or want to throw an event. Thank you so much for all that you did at our wedding and during the planning, it was truly a fairy tale. read more

5 Stars easy! I met Leo/Dj galaxy Music about 3 weeks before my wedding, I was planning my wedding in just 2 months! So it was major freak out time. Leo agreed to meet my husband and I at the location of our ceremony. To talk about package deals and to get a feel of what I needed. I was planning to have my cousin sing a song as I walked down the aisle. So Leo said no problem I'll get the instrumental. And he did. Oh yea, I didn't even think about the pastor needing a mic, luckily! Leo knew what he was doing and everyone who needed a mic had one. Lol. So I got married in a small garden. Where there really much room For a band, to play music. So Leo made it sound as if there was. The night before my big day, my cousin informed me that she was feeling sick and wouldn't be able to sing! Imagine my panic! I got ahold of Leo and let him know he eased my worries with out a problem and got me the song I wanted! I walked down the aisle to "thousand years" and it was perfect! Loud and clear. Had everyone in tears! Lol I'm telling you these guys can really set the mood. Groom was crying and everything hehehe! Anyways I'm very grateful for that. My ceremony was beautiful! The music was right on point! I start walking down the aisle and I notice a second photographer! That was a cherry on top! Like I was telling My Husband! These guys went above and beyond what we requested! They are not ur typical dj! They are professional! Friendly! Caring! And they listen to what you want and they get it for you. I got extra pictures! Imagine that! A video! All I know is if you call these guys be nice! And appreciate the talent .!My reception was exactly what I pictured, they played the right music to set the mood. While we ate and the right music to pump up my guests and get Every one on the dance floor. We even got a little surprise! Our picture on a big screen with our names and the date of our wedding! The bogo lighting was breath taking! Check out the web site to see what I mean. Dj Galaxy will get you what You want and then some. We are happy we met these guys! We Made a friend and got the wedding of our dreams! Wish I could paint a picture of this great experience! This dj will be Number 1 on my list for renewal of or vowels! Or whatever event me need to liven up! Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart! You guys were amazing! Hope God blesses you for what you did for us!!!! read more
