CC Trimworks did an amazing job on our fence replacement, my wife and I couldn't be happier. When our fence blew down after a big storm, we wanted a company that would do quality work, for an affordable price. CC Trimworks delivered on that 100%. Also, J.R. was so safe knowledgeable, friendly, and easy to work with- it made the job that much easier. Every step of the way he communicated with us, and was so professional and helpful. We are so happy we went with this company for the work. If any other fence on our property goes down, we'll definitely call this company right away! Highly recommend. - Dylan read more

After the big storm, we needed a new gate to the side of our house. The wind completely crushed it. We are so fortunate to find JR and CC Trimworks. I love locating local, small business owners who are not just great at their job but love what they do. We found that and more in JR. He is really responsive and kept us in the loop the entire time and his work is high quality. He would be the first I call if I need another fence job. Highly Recommended. read more

JR proved to be a craftsman with replacing our wooden gates. One gate from the original installation (not JR) had a difference of 2 inches from top to bottom. He was able to measure and align the gate nicely. His workmanship and good nature was welcome. read more

We went with JR, because he was cheaper than a previous fence we had replaced. JR started as promised, but after the first day, his helper didn't show up. So the process slowed for several days. He brought his son one day That didn't really speed up the work. He finally finished the 100' fence after a week. JR asked me about the gate boards overlapping or just side-by-side. The side-by-side had less weight, so I said yes. BIG mistake. Now the spacing between the boards is really wide. After that I started noticing the fence boards were bowing. I started looking closer at the workmanship and noticed he put one nail in the top and bottom of each board. I went back and looked at the previous replaced fence and there were 2 to 3 nails each board. I called JR the other day about the bowing. His response was to send him pictures. I sent the pictures the next day. all I got after that was crickets. I could go more in the finacials that ended up a mess, but overall, I would never let this guy build another fence for me. Just shoddy.work. read more

Fence looks great and we received excellent, honest communication. Highly recommend!

We were one of many reaching out to fence contractors following the major storms in December and January. Our backyard fence was in bad shape prior to the storms, and it finally went down with the high winds. We received quotes from several companies and were lucky to have met JR in the process. He provided a very competitive quote in a timely manner, explained the different options, answered all of my questions and was very professional overall. We had to wait a month for the work to be completed due to the high demand for fence replacement work. But once finished, the new fence looked amazing! I highly recommend reaching out to JR for any fencing needs and related work. read more

JR did an excellent job replacing my fence after the severe storm in January. He was able to come out and give me an estimate quickly and get me on his schedule. He was communicative when there was a shortage of lumber as well. When he started the project, he was prompt and professional. After he finished, he gave me and my neighborhood guidance on how to care for the fence so that it will last. I would highly recommend CC Trimworks to anyone looking for fence work! read more

I really hate giving negative reviews, but as a consumer I think it's my responsibility to let people know about businesses that have poor customer service. On April 26, 2018 I called CC Trimworks and talked to Jack. Explained that I needed a RV gate repaired. He said that it would be about six weeks before the repair could be made. I said I was OK with that. We set up an appointment for an estimate for May 2nd between 3-5 PM. On May 2nd he called about 4:30 PM and said he was stuck in Folsom and he couldn't make it. We rescheduled for the next day May 3rd at 8:30 AM. I'm still waiting. No show, no phone call, no nothing. I can only speculate why he didn't arrive for our appointment. If he didn't want the job for what ever reason,he should have least called and talked to me. Very very poor customer service to say the least... read more

Top quality in every way! JR is super friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He was easy to reach via email and text, and he built a beautiful, sturdy fence (with metal posts)! J.R. did an excellent and was very professional job through and through. From a good bid price, to recommendations on the project he was a true professional. Showed everyday at the promised time and the quality of the finished product is top notch and much appreciated. He did 58 feet of good neighbor fence and a double gate for my front area which will now allow excellent access for equipment in the yard area. The neighbor I shared this job with is now also going to use him as well for the rest of his fencing needs. I would highly recommend CC Trimworks for your fencing needs. read more

Unless you are willing to sit around for 2 days for them to show up, with scheduled appointments, I would not recommend this company. I contacted them and asked if they could come out and give me an estimate on a fence repair. The first available appointment was two weeks out....no problem. The appointment was scheduled between 2-4 in the afternoon. At 4:40 they had not shown up so I reached out to JR, the owner. He said he'd had a bad day and lost track of time and wouldn't be able to come that day. He said he could come out the next day at whatever time was convenient for me. Ok, things happen, so It was scheduled for 1:00. Again, a no-show. No text, no phone call. I didn't contact him again since I knew I didn't want to do business with a company that didn't have the common courtesy to at least let me know they wouldn't be able to make it. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate to both me and my neighbors. This is the first time I have had a bad experience on Yelp and the first time I have ever written a review. I guess you can't always go by how good a company's ratings are. read more

J.R. arrived everyday on time and completed the project as promised for the price quoted. I recommend CC Trimworks to all residents of Lincoln who need projects done on time and on budget. I will definitely hire CC Trimworks again in the future! Thank you J.R. read more

JR does great work. He's a one man show and takes pride in his work. It shows. It is very obvious he choses quality over quantity. I through him a curveball on the last day and changed something up on the design mid job (my fault), he was very accommodating and I was very happy with the outcome. He was also able to work in to his schedule quickly, my neighbor has a party this weekend and he was able to get it done in the timeframe he said he would. I would highly recommend him. read more

J.R. has done several projects for me at my home, and they've all turned out wonderfully. He custom built a 300 square foot redwood deck, everyone who visits my home notices it's beauty! He then came back and built a cover for my unsightly a/c unit from scratch based on a picture I found online and it turned out perfect! He pays great attention to detail and takes pride in his work. And he's a nice guy which is a fantastic bonus! read more

JR did our privacy fence with a sliding gate. He uses quality wood, the fence and gate are heavy duty! Our neighbor recommended we call C&C Trimworks when we needed our fence replaced. JR, owner, came to give us an estimate and emailed the contract. Beautiful fence! I highly recommend this business. read more

I didn't have any work done by CC Trimworks, however I did have a quote request sent to them. I was unaware it was sending to CC Trimworks and it was not a job they would typically do. J.R did a great job with our fences. We had original fences from 2001. We decided to do all three sides. He had great recommendations and great prices! He was very careful with what was going on in the yard, and made sure to clean up and put everything back to normal! He worked quickly and was very professional. I've had other companies leave trash in my yard and leave early without saying anything or without coordinating with me. JR was the opposite. He always let me know when he was coming, often a few minutes early. He worked a full day, and let me know where the work was at when he left and what he expected to complete the next day. Would definitely recommend him for any job! read more

JR did a fantastic job with our fences. I have roughly 4 neighbors and the coordination wasn't easy, but he was very patient, professional, as well as experienced. Our fences turned out beautiful. Very unhappy with this company. Contacted the company on regarding some repair work in my house. At start the communication was good, but then JR cancelled our initial appointment. We then communicated via text for over a week to get the appointment rescheduled. Finally after 2 weeks of stringing me along, I was told he could not take my work because he had bigger (a/k/a more $$) projects to work on. This company completely strung me along and wasted my time while looking for bigger jobs to perform. read more

Highly recommend JR - he is the owner of this company - we had him put laminate flooring in an office, replace some cracked tile in the hall and a few little items inside the house.
