Recently my tenant called me and told me that there was a water stain on the ceiling and that it…read morewas slowly growing. At first thought, I was like damn it!!! I just got the water heater fixed. Now the roof has issues. And since I live in California I'd have to schedule everything thousands of miles away and hope for the best. Unlike the water heater, I don't have a trusted roofer. In fact, I've never had a problem with my roof. So this was going to be a completely new experience for me. By the time I got the message it was already 6pm est. so I figured I'd just leave emails and phone messages and hope someone would call me back the next day. Yelp doesn't seem to have too many highly reviewed roofers in Raleigh, so I just called and emailed the top few that I saw. I did get the answering machine on every call except for Olde Raleigh Roofing. Daniel the owner answered even though it was after hours and he was very nice on the phone. He explained what might be the issue and said he'll contact my tenant directly and send some guys over. Once they were over there they would take pictures and email them to me with a price quote. If approved they would start work immediately. I thought great let's do it. I also wanted to get some other quotes and compare them, since I've never had a roof issue, but only 1 guy called me back (one of the larger roofers) and that was 4 days later. And even that guy didn't follow up with my tenant. Long story short, Daniels guys came out, took pictures, Daniel emailed me the pictures and gave me a quote. It sounded fair and came with a warranty, so I approved the work. After the work was finished Daniel sent me another set of pictures of the completed work and emailed me the invoice and warranty for me to sign and send back to him. The roof looked great in the pictures and my tenant was happy. It's already been a few months and no more leaks. I'm very happy. Overall the experience was great. There were some communication problems early on, which may have been due to the long distance and/or tenant. But in the end, everything was great and I'm really happy to now have a trusted roofer on my services list.

A new roof isn't something purchased frequently so we wanted quality product installed correctly…read more Reno Simplicity Roofing was the answer! Quality product, excellent customer service, professional workmanship provided by an amazingly quick, super clean roofing team(extra BONUS, no roof fragments or nails laying around) Wednesday evening my quest started, first searching through Better Business Bureau ratings, then comparing consumer reviews. I then emailed several roofing companies for a complimentary inspection. Thursday morning Matt Dempsey, with Reno Simplicity Roofing, reached out to me. He promptly scheduled a roof inspection for that upcoming Saturday. Upon inspection he found wind damage, he was confident that our Home Owners Insurance would agree regarding damage. He was happy to deal directly with our Insurance company, no easy task during this pandemic era. As promised Matt followed through, the next thing I knew We had our brand new Certainteed roof Installed!! All of this and we only paid insurance deductible!! Matt made this whole process quick and easy (no small task in middle of a pandemic). After our new roof was installed we had additional(unforseen) work done on our home, it involved a patch on our brand new roof. I contacted Matt, he explained we had received one of the last lots of roofing materials from Certainteed, the production of materials had been almost completely halted due to Covid Pandemic. However Matt promised he would search around for supplies.....what a relief when he called with good news, he was able to find the additional materials we needed! This was like the icing on the cake! After completion of additional work I asked how much we owed for labor and materials, I was stunned when he said it was covered under our Deductible! Reno Simplicity is definitely tops on our list of quality roofers!! They definitely went above and beyond our expectations!!!! Thank you, Matt Dempsey, for being dependable and for providing excellent service with extreme friendliness!(very refreshing during these crazy times!) It was certainly a pleasure dealing with Reno Simplicity and Matt Dempsey!!Lori C
