The customer service at this Walgreens pharmacy was the worst I've ever experienced. Fatima being…read morethe worse one made me feel unwelcome from the moment I politely asked if they had a prescription medication in stock, and before even asking whether I had a prescription, she assumed I didn't and immediately turned her back on me. I understand the pharmacy was busy, but that's not an excuse to treat customers with disrespect. Working in customer service requires professionalism and basic courtesy, regardless of how busy it gets. The interaction was dismissive and unprofessional, and it left me feeling uncomfortable. I hope management addresses this, because no customer should be treated that way.

That on its own is not a problem, I can understand the wait or the delay, what I don't understand is the lack of compliance, empathy and professionalism. Most of the pharmacy techs are rude, insulting and impatient. Special Nate. He needs to understand how he talks to patients is not alright. Do better young man.

My results are better then I could had ever expect. I now feel so confident in my body again, totally life changing. Her care throughout my entire experiance is personal and I felt comfortable and safe. The entire inland cosmetic staff exemplifies the same sentiment, I left in very good hands from consult, multiple pre ops and education for what to expect, prepping my health and body, sx day wasnt nervous at all, post op care and follow up each day to make sure I was ok and if I needed anything, Dr. Ryan gave her cell number for direct contact and was very responsive. I highly recommend dr. Ryan and team.

Absolutely one of the worst Ulta locations I've ever been to. No one greeted me upon entering and I…read morewandered around the store looking for lipstick until one employee, Brianna, came to help me. This store has security personnel so I'm not sure if it's a safety precaution or if there's theft in the area, or a requirement for the building's insurance. Whatever the cause, there's a security presence. This location is in a shopping center called the High Desert Gateway I believe. The next closest location is in Apple Valley and then down the hill. They ran out of the birthday gifts already for September but told me I could call or come back on Friday. I stood in line waiting, unacknowledged for a few minutes before I asked the cashier if she was open. She never looked in my direction or said she could help the next customer in line as they sometimes do. It's like she didn't even notice a customer was there. What an awful experience. I'm not a makeup person and felt completely lost. It's like how people that don't like gyms feel when they go to a gym. I'm not a makeup girlie so it would have been nice to have a warm introduction into what could work for my skin tone but nope, it was like I was invisible. I don't intend on returning unless my lip products don't turn out well but otherwise I cannot recommend this store based on poor customer service. The same products they sell can be purchased online, at another Ulta or frankly at another store.

You walk in and expect your experience to be smooth and quick, but it was the opposite for me…read more Workers made it complicated and lacked customer service skills. 10/12/24 I went to pick up my online order and I decided I wanted a different color than from the one I chose. Worker said she would ring it up as an exchange, which was okay, so I went to grab a different shade of color that was the same brand/price/type. I bring it to her and then she tells me she has to charge me extra since it was an online order and because things are "cheaper online". Like what?! Couldn't you have told me that before instead of wasting my time and yours?! Making me go through the exchange process only to tell me AFTER that she was going to charge me extra. LOL really! Mentioning things last minute and not even apologizing for it + wasting people's time is not it and very inconsiderate. Hope the two chicks that were behind the counter learn something from this and make someone else's experience a better one than mine.

Two one star reviews put this on the bottom of my list of beauty supply stores to go to but I…read moreneeded some things yesterday and after yelping my options this happened to be where I needed to go anyways. Coming in, a huge sign, cash only, walking in I was told cash only and handed a sales flyer right away. Followed and handed another flyer right away, though I still had the first one...WTH? She was helpful, unlike the others stated, but just not upbeat whatsoever (not even sure she had a heartbeat....) You could really tell she wanted to be anywhere but here (and they just opened for the day!) but let me open the packaging to check the quality and I found exactly what I wanted for exactly the price I wanted to spend. They have a huge selection which was great with the cash only aspect since what I wanted was at first close to $200, kept looking and food an equally good product for $50, was bothered to get their sally card for $5 several times (not interested) and off I went. I did get what I want for a good price, but the service, not so nice store and just lack of needing beauty supplies more than once in a blue moon will keep me from coming back I'm sure.
