This Walgreens is across the street from Rite Aid. I don't recall why I came over here and not Rite…read moreAid because I normally shop at Rite Aid. Maybe they had something on sale that I wanted... that's probably it... just don't remember what it was LOL. My memory isn't as good as it used to be. Anyway, I find Walgreens prices to be a tad higher than Rite Aid. Funny, there seems to be one or the other in the shopping world. Just like Walmart vs Target, Costco vs Sam's Club, Home Depot vs Lowe's, and Rite Aid vs Walgreens... kinda like day vs night, heaven vs earth, etc. If you had a choice, which would you choose? I choose Rite Aid, but if Rite Aid isn't around, then I will fall back on Walgreens. That's how it goes sometimes. Always have a backup. Thanks Walgreens! Happy Shopping! =)

The customer service at this Walgreens pharmacy was the worst I've ever experienced. Fatima being…read morethe worse one made me feel unwelcome from the moment I politely asked if they had a prescription medication in stock, and before even asking whether I had a prescription, she assumed I didn't and immediately turned her back on me. I understand the pharmacy was busy, but that's not an excuse to treat customers with disrespect. Working in customer service requires professionalism and basic courtesy, regardless of how busy it gets. The interaction was dismissive and unprofessional, and it left me feeling uncomfortable. I hope management addresses this, because no customer should be treated that way.

I was seen my Dr. Florin in the Hesperia office. During the consultation she was so nice and explained the entire process in depth. She made me feel super comfortable about the surgery and what to expect after. During the day of surgery she again explained everything and made sure i was comfortable before starting the surgery. The best part of after surgery was that Dr. Florin contacted my husband to check on me. This was amazing to me! Ive never had a doctor do that before and it was awesome. I am several weeks into recovery and I am beyond happy with the results. Hands down best Doctor ever!

I highly recommend dr. Ryan and team.

This store has security personnel so I'm not sure if it's a safety precaution or if there's theft in the area, or a requirement for the building's insurance. Whatever the cause, there's a security presence. This location is in a shopping center called the High Desert Gateway I believe. The next closest location is in Apple Valley and then down the hill. They ran out of the birthday gifts already for September but told me I could call or come back on Friday. I stood in line waiting, unacknowledged for a few minutes before I asked the cashier if she was open. She never looked in my direction or said she could help the next customer in line as they sometimes do. It's like she didn't even notice a customer was there. What an awful experience. I'm not a makeup person and felt completely lost. It's like how people that don't like gyms feel when they go to a gym. I'm not a makeup girlie so it would have been nice to have a warm introduction into what could work for my skin tone but nope, it was like I was invisible. I don't intend on returning unless my lip products don't turn out well but otherwise I cannot recommend this store based on poor customer service. The same products they sell can be purchased online, at another Ulta or frankly at another store.

I was appalled. One of the worst experiences I've ever had with these kinds of places. I'm still in shock about how this was handled. I'll never not be taken back at how ridiculous girls can be to others, for no reason at all. Below are screenshots of messages (I sent in blue) between the owner and I. Im sure you can get decent hair done here, sure. Everyone I saw leaving there seemed to be happy with their outcome, but I hope this gives you an idea in what kind of girls (not women) you're dealing with at this place. Just be smarter than I was, they're pricey and sneaky. Definitely not the kind of place you go to if you're looking for guidance or help. They'll just take advantage and post about you when you complain about being taken advantage of. You will Definitely get the "fake nice /mean girl" vibe from most of the girls here. Most definitely not a crowd I belong in. *The screenshots uploaded backwards so the last screenshot is technically the first message* Also attached some screenshots of the opinions of others who seem to see it the same way I did. I'll be honest I'm not too familiar with the hair salon world but this whole thing felt so wrong. And turns out others agreed. I'd lastly like to add that I didn't appreciate the slightly threatening and aggressive messages following my Facebook post. After the disagreement I began getting messages from her fellow hair workers telling me how ridiculous I was and how I need to "take my cheap ass back to super cuts" and such, although I paid in full, tipped, and bought a bottle of their overly priced shampoo and conditioner. But yeah, I'm still "cheap" according to them. super cool girls, like I mentioned. This would be the 3rd issue I've had trying to support a local beauty " professional " in this high desert area. Maybe it's me, and I'm the problem. Or maybe a lot of these girls are just a-holes and I let them know. Who knows, regardless, Do not wrong, take no shit. End of story.
