The staffs are very nice and helpful. Place is clean and excellent customer service. Three hair stylist (Darlene, Tiffany, and Sandy) are outstanding and I like how they get along, make the clients laugh, enjoy their day at the hair salon. I would like to give a special shout out to one of the stylists at this location, her name is Sandy. Let me first start by saying that my hair is one of my least favorite features. My hair not looking good can ruin my mood. I also have to wash and round brush it daily. I went in on this past Sunday. Sandy was my stylist. I showed her a video of what I wanted and she listened to me 100%. I have not been so happy with a cut in forever. I will definitely be going back to her from now on. Sandy listens to what you want and takes pride in her work. She is definitely an asset to this location. read more

Dominique is so sweet! I got the Tea Tree Experience and my hair toned down. She was very gentle with my hair and the color on my hair came out beautifully. She blow dried my hair so I didn't have to go out with wet hair. Awesome and friendly service. Thanks Dominique! read more

I love coming here to get my Haircut by Georgia! She always does such a great job and every time I ask an opinion on what might flatter my hair more, she is always willing for an input and helpful when I need to pick out product for my hair! read more

Made a appointment for 1 and when I get there they had walk ins and decided they take priority. What's the point of making a appointment if they aren't gonna honor it. I waited 30 minutes to be told I'm 4th in line. read more

Went here for the first time! Sandy was AMAZING!!!! Def taking my boys back!!!! She did great cutting their hair!!!!

I don't even know where to start. This was the worst haircut I have ever gotten in my life. For starters, she cut herself while cutting my hair, and bled on my hair. She did not wash her hands or anything, and it wasn't until she was cutting my bangs that I noticed she had blood on her fingers. I asked for medium length hair with layers( i showed several pictures) she cut off nearly 5-6 inches, leaving me with a little below shoulder-length hair. Granted, I wanted the dead ends gone, but not ALL of my length. To make matters worse, the layers I was left with were extremely choppy, inconsistent, and there was no blend. I am not one to write reviews for people, but disappointed is an understatement. I wish I got the name of the worker, but she has short brown hair that she keeps in a bun and she appears to be early 30's . Please do not cut with her :/ Also, she dry cut it in less than 6 minutes. ??? Genuinely worst haircut ever and I still ended up paying for it! read more

Nothing like waiting 45 minutes to be told they don't have the proper tools to cut hair, asked for a #2 blade only to be told they didn't have a #2 blade, same as going to a mechanic and having them tell you they can't work on your car because they don't have the correct wrench, completely unacceptable. read more

COMPLETELY UNHELPFUL! I went here to ask the ladies about my options for hair coloring, im not sure of the names but the two I spoke to had dark hair and was heavy set, one was beyond rude making sly comments and had a rude tone, she gave me no opinion. i gave her a few options of what i wanted and was thinking about, i was thinking she would give me a professional opinion( after all they did go to school for this)... she told me to figure out what i wanted and that ive already ruined my hair. my boyfriend was getting his hair cut by the other lady and she was just as rude, she would huff and puff any time he asked for something. i do not recommend going here for any service if these two are working, i try to be very friendly to the people i meet and it was not reciprocated here. read more

Some red head named Becca cut my hair. I asked for one thing and one thing only and she didn't even do it! When i got home and took a shower I looked in the mirror I couldn't believe how it was exactly as long as it was when I left the house. When shaving the back of my neck to get it lined right, she ignored alot of the other hair on my neck! I guess she likes guys with hairy necks or something because it looked like she just didn't care. On a positive note, she cut by my ears pretty well, big woop. When I tried to explain what it is that I wanted, she wasn't even making eye contact with me. This girl also made weird facial expressions in the mirror like I couldn't see her face from my seat, what a dummy. When saying "goodbye have a nice day", she said it in a weird way and didn't even look at me. Absolutely terrible. read more

My friend went there with his service dog. Every person in the place argued with him about not being allowed to bring the dog into the salon. They apparently went on about board violations. How about civil rights violations under the ADA? My friend had literature about service dogs under the Americans with Disabilities Act, but no one would look at it. They finally did cut his hair, but he could report the violation of his civil rights and get that place in some really hot water. If it happens again, I'll do it for him. Businesses are allowed to ask if the person is disabled, and what service the dog performs, period, according to federal law. Any more is a violation of civil rights. read more

I absolutely love this Super Cuts!! When I cannot get an appointment with my regular hairdresser down the hill, I always choose to get my haircut here! My stylist was Cheyenne and she catered to my needs! I requested a deep hair conditioning treatment along with a long layer hair cut! Cheyenne did a superb job and knows the products well. If you need a place to get your hair done come here and I promise you will not be disappointed because they do an excellent job, and I say even better than other salons! read more

Ask before going. This is not a corporate store, but a franchise. They do not follow corporate prices nor give senior discounts like advertised on the website. Very deceitful. Wanted to charge $20 for a blow dry. read more

I have been looking for a new place to get my hair cut since the place I used to go to closed recently at the mall. I wanted to find a salon that didn't charge me for the things I don't need, sometimes I need just a hair cut, not the shampoo, hair styling and all the other stuff. Really hard to find another place that will do and charge you for just that. I am very pleased with my hair cut, just what I wanted and the ladies were very friendly and helpful. I was looking for something for static, for some reason, static loves me and I came out with of the salon a very happy customer. I will be a regular customer for sure. Thanks ladies! read more

I want to change my review and leave this supercuts with a better review from the last one. When I spoke on them cutting extentions. A lot of salons I've noticed does not cut extentions and I didn't quite understand but now I do. So from my other experience I must say was a good one from them cutting my Foster kids hair and mines a few years back... they did a great job :)) read more

I had a wonderful experience here! My stylist was Diana and she made me feel very comfortable and explained all the products that she was using on me. I got the Blonde conditioning treatment and it made my hair feel amazing! I needed some intense moisture after using a purple "conditioner" that dried my hair out terribly. I also got my hair cut and layered which I am extremely pleased with also. I mentioned to her that I never dried my hair with heat, so she was careful not to blow dry it too much. The anti-frizz cream that she used was also great, since I have naturally wavy hair that frizzes out. Overall I am very happy with my visit and will definitely be back again. I have paid $200 at other salons and I am more impressed with Supercuts and it was WAY cheaper. I knew from the second I told the girl at the front what I wanted, how much I was going to pay and I was not charged anything more. Very nice, cool, relaxing atmosphere. Thanks Diana! read more

I absolutely love this place, way better then most salons I've been to. Becca was my stylist and she's the best. The service here is great and I do recommend going to super cuts. :) read more

Sherri Thompson does THE BEST color in the desert! Thank you Sherri I love my new cut and color!

Got a decent trim on my long hair, but made the mistake of asking for a blow dry to check the cut. I saw that the price was "as quoted" but she didn't say anything and was so nice, so I thought, cool, since it's not a full blow dry, maybe she's not going to charge me. Alas, silly me - I got charged $15 for a 3 minute, ends only, weakly brushed, frizzy mess. I let her upsell me on a few products since she seemed so nice. Cha-ching! Total bill for a shampoo, trim, awful blow dry and 2 products - $81! Again, my bad since the same products are half as much on Amazon. I know I could go in and raise a fuss to get my money back, but I let myself get fleeced so am using this as a reminder to ALWAYS DISCUSS PRICE FIRST and CAREFUL WHEN YOU BUY PRODUCTS AT A SALON. Lesson learned and a caution to all of you nice folks out there: get the shampoo and cut only here. Otherwise, go to a nicer salon where you get the full experience for these prices. read more

Was always very satisfied with the services as well as stylists at this location. "Was" being the key word. Don't seem to be able to understand just how the store manager can't give baseline prices for services that are provided in this store eg. 1)how much is just a haircut? 2) how much for a shampoo, cut and blow dry? 3) how much for a senior shampoo, cut and blow dry? The store manager literally gave me different prices for those different services-and none of them right. Before speaking to said manager, i went and searched online for the costs at various Supercuts. A haircut (just the cut) cost(s) $16 and is known as a Supercuts I. A shampoo and haircut is $21 and is known as a Supercuts II. A shampoo, cut and blow dry is $28 and is known as a Supercuts III. A senior haircut is $14, with a separate shampoo being just $5. So, Come to find out...we were literally charged over $10 too much, however the manager seemed to think the price we were charged was doing us a favor, as she then stated repeatedly how she gave us a discount on my parties blow dry due to her having "short hair like a man". What kind of stylist says that to a woman, let alone the manager of the store?!! Won't be back to this location and it is beyond disheartening. Refuse to be scammed like we were. And yeah, it's just $10 (at the least) however the principal of the matter is to CHARGE THE SAME AMOUNT TO EVERYONE DEPENDING ON THEIR NEEDS, not just an amount the store manager pulls out of her a**. Shame on you Kim. read more

I love this Supercuts! I moved to the High Desert a year ago and needed my daughter's hair done, this salon is close to my house so I decided to just try it. We were very pleased at how my daughter's hair came out and the friendliness and attentiveness of the employees; I have been going here ever since. I did however have an incident the other day where I made an appointment and they took the walk-in, who came in AFTER I did, but the stylists are great so I overlooked it. My favorite is Autumn. She is the absolute best! read more

I had moved to Hesperia from up north and didn't know which hair stylist to go to so I decided to try supercuts. Never again. I asked for bangs which were butchered. With just a simple trim and bangs, and the stylist straightening my hair, it cost me $30. Wasn't happy about my experience here. read more

First visit. I called for an appointment and was seen immediately even though I was about 10 minutes later than anticipated. The store was clean ans staff was friendly, especially Melissa. She was not only a great stylist but was informative and seemed genuinely concerned with providing excellent customer service. Thank you, Melissa. read more

Don't fool yourself thinking you will save money going here. It's just the opposite you will spend a lot more. With no reasoning as to why. First time I went asked for a price quote. Received what I thought was a fair price so made an appointment. My hair came out good so when I needed it done I made an appointment with the same person that had done my hair before. Happened to be the manager. Thinking only 4 weeks or so since last appointment price would be the same. That was my mistake she doubled it. The cost went from $120.00 for highlights to $220.00 for the same highlights. So buyer beware!! They charge extra for everything. Ridiculously high amounts. If you dare get a quote in writing before you start. Better yet go to real salon. That's what I will do now. read more

I got my hair cut at this salon about 3-4 months ago. I wish I remembered the name of the gal how did the cut =(. The only reason I came back was because of that experience. Although it was only a wash and a cut, I loved the length and the style of my hair. This weekend I came back and got about 5" trimmed by Becca. I was so happy that the experience was a repeat of the first time. These girls just seem genuinely happy to see you there and that makes a world of difference. Even if you are a walk in (as I was both times), they happily saw me immediately and I left with a great cut. I have recommended this store to my family and friends. read more
