My…read morebiggest concern was matching the orange peel texture pattern to the existing adjacent walls in the room. I called several places from Yelp and also several local well known companies. Kariem responded within 24 hours and offered me a good quote and could start the job immediately. Others had quotes all over the place for "painter for a day" and excessive prep and materials. This was a relatively easy job and Kariem and Debbie were friendly and did good work for a fair price. They made the wall look great and the texture matching worked along with a coat of primer. They were a no pressure team and finished the job as quoted for cost and time. Easy to work with and good work.

Tenacious Touch Ups made that happen - and honestly, I'm still impressed. From the very first visit, Kariem was kind, patient, and genuinely easy to work with. A couple nights after the inspection, I was still struggling to choose a paint color (because of course), and I texted him... fully expecting a "we'll figure it out tomorrow." Nope. He showed up that night at 9 PM with a full swatch book so I could finally make a decision. Who does that anymore? The work itself was clean, professional, and beautifully done. Even when the job ended up taking longer because of the rain, the original quoted price stayed the same - no surprise add-ons, no games. A couple days after finishing, Kariem stopped by again to drop off extra paint for future touch-ups. Above and beyond doesn't even cover it. If you want someone reliable, honest, and actually invested in making your home look amazing, Tenacious Touchups is it. My bedroom finally feels like a peaceful retreat, and I could not be happier. Highly recommend.

Best Painters Ever…read more Multiple companies have painted my house over the years. Small companies, big companies, less expensive painters and very expensive painters, but the most impressive and professional painters I have ever encountered are Jaime Gutierrez and his crew from Just Right Painting. They are fast, they do absolutely perfect beautiful work for a reasonable fee, and they leave the work area spotless when they finish.  They also do LACQUER finish for kitchen cabinets IN SITU; and they were the only company I interviewed who would. I was nervous about it, but when they finished, the work was stunning. I recommend them without reservation.  To schedule work and ask about fees, call:  Pablo Flores - Coordinator and Scheduler @ Just Right Painting - office (213) 469-8890 And request Jaime Gutierrez - Head painter @ Just Right Painting for your job. It's not always easy to find a company that is both fast and meticulous, but they really were. Highly recommended!

My job was doing wall and ceiling patches after a plumbing issue / fix. Some of the holes had acceptable undamaged drywall pieces, but also had holes with none of the original drywall. The wall also had texture, which they aspired to match. I still had my paint so they didn't have to get chips to recreate color. Ricardo showed up early to do his estimate, which I do recommend vs the online process. He indicated his team availability and provided a quote. After going through others who were either a lot more expensive (some had minimum job cost requirements) and some others had other things about timing, price, etc, I proceeded to hire Ricardo Painting. Hugo came early the next day and stayed on schedule with disciplined execution. Didn't try to rush - eg rushing mud to dry, or applying paint coats too early. He really wanted to match the wall texture and did a great job. I will know where the repair was, but only ones trying to find it will actually notice. They said less than 2 days, and it was done. Ricardo will remain in my Rolodex for the future.

Ricardo was professional, knowledgeable, on time, and very respectful in our home. I would absolutely hire him and his team again for future needs. Please learn from my mistake and don't hire a random painter to do limewash in your home- HIRE RICARDO! I ended up wasting so much money and time with an amateur- Ricardo knows what he's doing and will be honest about limitations (if any at all). He even checked in after he left the job to make sure I was happy once the paint was fully dried - top notch service and quality.

I have high ceilings and wanted an accent wall in one of the rooms, which can be a challenge--but Rock handled it flawlessly. The entire process took two days. They started early and worked efficiently, wrapping up around 5-6 PM each day. Throughout the process, Rock sent me progress photos, and the lines were absolutely perfect--especially around outlets and light switches, which really shows the level of detail and care he puts into his work.
