He has a supply of new locks and doorknobs so you do not have to worry about picking up your own before he arrives. If there is anything in particular you want, I recommend that you call and discuss with him. He commented on the poor quality of some of the locks in my house, as well as the good quality products that were already installed. He can recommend what will work for you. He keyed the locks for me so that I do not have to have 20 different keys. I called the morning of our appointment, and he actually was on another job and came in the afternoon instead of morning as originally planned. I recommend that you check in a few days ahead of time to confirm your appointment. The price came in higher than I anticipated. He quoted me a price to come out plus charge for rekeying each cylinder. In addition, there was an hourly charge. I also had some new doorknobs installed which increased the cost. I am very happy that the job was completed and done well.

They were profession and courteous through the whole job, only leaving behind sawdust in the grass. Great group of guys. Most impressive to me, when we returned the next summer there was a problem opening our skylight. They came back the next day and fixed it. Burke told me his work was guaranteed. It is. Willingness to fix a problem is just as important to me as doing the job right. Burke's was not our cheapest bid, but a contractor friend recommended them. I see why.

Apparently they…read morenever installed ice stops and the ice pushed our vents and caused leaks through our stove vent. (This caused mold which meant we had to renovate our entire kitchen. That cost $18,000!) We did our best to calk it in the meantime for an immediate fix. Sure enough, it started leaking again into our new kitchen! When we called them about it as the roof is warranteed, the woman who answered the phone referred us to some guy named Toby who used to work with them. He gave us a ridiculous price of $1600.00 to fix the leak and install the ice stops that should have been installed to begin with! We specifically went with Burke's because of the guarantee that the dad, the founder of the company, assured us of when he came out to quote. Apparently the son does not uphold the guarantee and quality that the company earned its reputation on. I still have my paperwork with the guarantee. I want my roof to not leak. I'd rather give my lawyer $1600.00 to get them to stand by their work than to pay some dude named Toby. Their guarantee is garbage. Go with someone else. Edit: 09/25/23 I just received a phone call from Sheryl Burke stating that our problem was from a lack of "maintenance" not their work, therefore they could come out and quote us to do what is needed to fix the leak but that they are more expensive than the quote I got recently. I informed her that this is not an issue of maintenance when they, the roofing professionals, never informed us that we needed additional hardware for a leak-free roof. We assumed that they, the professionals, would know what our roof needed and would include all of this at the time of quote and install. She tried to insinuate that we haggled over price, going with a cheaper option, (we didn't) and she stated that Zach didn't do the work, his dad Mark did. Wrong again, Sheryl. Mark quoted it in June and Zach did it in October. The bottom line: don't trust them to do what is needed, don't trust them to inform you of what is needed, and certainly don't trust them to stand by their assurance of a leak-free roof.
