The water was collected in the rubber seal they installed. I was shocked the rain water poured on my iphone and cloth when I was waiting for the garage door open. I was lucky to have screen protector on my phone. Water could damage my phone. Without letting me know how to proceed, Brazillain worker installed the rubber and drilled "THIRTY FOUR" 34 nails on the garage door. LOOK TERRIBLE. I thought he would install on the bottom like my last garage door so I went inside. The owner, Steve denied they installed it. After sending him a receipt, he refused to fix the issue and asked me to pay 2nd time. I have already paid $225. Since Steve refused to resolve the issue, I'm posting this review. Hoping others won't be a victim. I'll need to pay 2nd time to fix Lee's Garage Door's installation issue.

I got along well with the crew, Adam who was the excavator operator was very professional and was a very nice guy. I would ask him questions about the project and he answered all my questions. I met Jon Canty the owner who I spoke to and he was very nice and we talked about the project. He wanted to get in early before the mud season would take over my backyard, which I was definitely glad they did. When they left they tidied up out back and in my driveway. Grass seed was put down with blown hay. They are extremely affordable and highly recommended!

The garage was as DIY project the previous owner did. Let's just say some corners were cut. I got CBH Garage Doors' info from doing a google search and as it is in the next town over from me, I gave them a call. Within 10 minutes, Chris was here to look at the issue and saw what needed to be done, including installing safety cables that should have been installed in the first. He noticed that one of the springs for the other bay's garage door was precariously stretched. And it was. I would not have noticed that. His explanations were very clear. And he was really easy to talk to. He was back the next morning and quickly made the repairs at a very reasonable price. One thing that also really stood out for me, in addition to his workmanship, is that Chris is very good at explaining stuff and maintaining communication.
