The water was collected in the rubber seal they installed. I was shocked the rain water poured on my iphone and cloth when I was waiting for the garage door open. I was lucky to have screen protector on my phone. Water could damage my phone. Without letting me know how to proceed, Brazillain worker installed the rubber and drilled "THIRTY FOUR" 34 nails on the garage door. LOOK TERRIBLE. I thought he would install on the bottom like my last garage door so I went inside. The owner, Steve denied they installed it. After sending him a receipt, he refused to fix the issue and asked me to pay 2nd time. I have already paid $225. Since Steve refused to resolve the issue, I'm posting this review.
