I appreciate that he gave me options with direct quotes on the costs I may incur without any pressure. I highly recommend reaching out to them for any of your appliance service/repair needs. Ever since installation we've had "hard startups" which sound like a small explosion (heard by neighbors down the street) and shake the whole house. 4 years later, we are still dealing with the same problem. Every single person we've spoken with at Revision has dropped the ball, between lost messages, never calling back or emailing back, telling us we would just have to live with the issue, and multiple, multiple service calls. I am fed up. Everyone is very nice, but they are either incompetent or can't seem to communicate in an effective manner. I only gave 2 stars instead of one because the boiler is efficient, if very noisy.
