I have been waiting for them to let me know when the job will start. Keep calling and messaging but they didn't respond. It seems they took the money, it was all done. I hope others will be alert after seeing this review.

They did damage the sprinkler line but didn't notice because the water was shut off for the winter. However when I noticed the broken sprinkler, they came out the next day and fixed it no charge. For this year's lights I called Khenny to schedule a time and they were here as promised. They also do superb window cleaning. While Khenny cleaned the windows, the other guys started putting up the lights. I have tons of lights on the house, outlining the sidewalk, along my front fence and gate and also wrapping the trunks of several trees. It is a big job and it went smoothly. After they tested all the light strings to ensure that all lights worked. I would highly recommend them for either installing Christmas Lights or Cleaning Windows.

After reaching an agreement they came two days after and got the work done. Fast forward one week, the strong winds in North Dallas damaged the installation. Even though it wasn't their fault they were willing to come back and help re-install them. That was far beyond what I expected any company to do.

Frustrating start with Stellar. They were assigned for the maintenance of my home through my…read moreleasing company. They arrived 3 hours past the last window I was given on the day they assessed my issue. They then texted me the day after they had made the initial visit saying they'd be here on day 3 between 8AM & 12PM to fix the issue. They explicitly stated in the text "We understand your issue and are coming to fix it". 11:50 comes around and I ask for a more precise ETA. They respond back that they won't have the part until the 13th. So...the two texts you sent that said you'd be here on the 11th were BS? And you waited for me to ask before you told me? This isn't a normal winter. Nothing is normal these days. It's ridiculous to need AC in February, but here we are. I don't have confidence this will be fixed before the weekend. I will gladly update my review if Stellar can prove to come through with a fix and, for once so far in our interactions, deliver true to what they told me. Right now, I'm dubious! The person who visited Monday and diagnosed the issue was knowledgeable and very friendly. Such poor management of scheduling and dispatching is not a caveat that is justified by knowledgeable and friendly support.
