I had tried to be patient though it was hard with the lack of communication. Loads of delays and even more excuses. At the end, I did express my frustration which is always a shame that it has to come to that so unnecessarily. But he finally came to complete it and the quality is the highest. My security doors are not only custom, but beautiful, installed properly and very safe. I got an extremely good job. With security of your home becoming a big issue these days, Bill could be a wealthy man because of his excellence of craftsmanship. He is talented and knows exactly how to do it right. But I fear his complete lack of business ethic will keep him from it. And that's a huge shame.

I then checked with BBB, and found other companies they also ripped off and never refunded their down payments. Looks like they make a habit of ripping off people. They did damage the sprinkler line but didn't notice because the water was shut off for the winter. However when I noticed the broken sprinkler, they came out the next day and fixed it no charge. I would definitely use them again in the future.
