I have been living in the area since 2019, and I have been using Rotech Healthcare in Monroeville…read morefor my medical equipment needs ever since. Over the years, I've had a very good experience with them. The front desk staff is always kind, respectful, and helpful. They know a lot about CPAP machines and other medical supplies, and they are always willing to answer my questions. One of the best parts of my experience was during the time when Philips had a recall on their DreamStation CPAP machines. It was a confusing and stressful situation, but Belinda, one of the staff members, made everything much easier for me. She clearly explained what I needed to do and helped me through each step. She even contacted Philips and helped me get a new machine. I really appreciated her patience and support during that time. Belinda also placed my equipment orders and made sure everything was shipped to my house on time. I never had to worry about missing supplies or getting the wrong items. Every time I opened a package from Rotech, it had exactly what I needed. This was really important for me because using my CPAP machine regularly helps me sleep better and feel healthier. Thanks to Rotech, I've been able to stay on schedule and keep my sleep routine going strong. Rotech doesn't just help with sleep therapy equipment. They offer many other types of medical equipment for people who need care at home. Some of the other items they provide include oxygen therapy machines, nebulizers for breathing treatments, ventilators, wheelchairs, walkers, and even hospital beds. They also help with wound care and other special medical needs. It's great to know that if I ever need more help in the future, Rotech has the equipment and services to support me. Every time I've visited or talked with someone at Rotech in Monroeville, they have been professional and polite. They treat each person with respect and always try their best to provide the highest quality of care. I feel like they really care about their patients and want to make sure everyone gets the help they need. If you or someone you know needs medical equipment at home, I strongly recommend going to Rotech Healthcare in Monroeville. They have helped me a lot, and I think they can help you too. I've bought a few versions of Kratom from Premier and have always been satisfied. Great shop, great…read moreselection, great help. Last weekend I bought a Kilo of Empire Bali Kratom. I dropped $100. Mike warned me that I might have to use more of it to get an effect. "BUt they pack it in real tight. You'll be able to tell when you open it." I should have realized that was an indication that it's not good. A. Have to use more. And B. The best thing to say about it is the packaging. I made my choice. I bought it. But it sucks. I called up Mike today and asked him about/told him about it, and he said "honestly, this is the first complaint I've ever heard about it." I guess that people told him they have to use more of it to get the effect isn't a complaint. It's just advice for future customers. I'm expert at a couple things. Kratom is not one of them. So I expect that a retailer who sells stuff is helping me make a decision by picking the best items to sell that will make their customers happy. I'd have felt better if Mike just apologized and said he's sorry about it. He didn't. He just told me he'd need to talk to some other time. I guess I was wasting his time. (Especially since no one else complained about it.). Since no one else has complained about it, my complaint is obviously off base. I'm really disappointed that after $600 or $700 in purchases in my first year here my complaint wasn't worth some attention. (I didn't join their frequent purchases club until well after I started buying from Premier. Great experience so far, but I guess you learn more about a company when things don't go well than when things are great. Suggestions for alternative retailers of Kratom are appreciated.

Their recent expansion has included a vast selection of incense and psychedelic gummies. I tried a sativa gummy for 8 bucks and was advised to cut it in quarters which was wise - it was strong without being harsh - that amounts to a two-dollar four-hour high. When we returned to get our money back tonight, the girl behind the counter said all she could do is call her boss Matt. After her pathetic attempt at acting and crying, he told her in store credit only. But, every "better" brand vape(that we ended having to pay the difference for) required two batteries, which they were out of. So the girl behind the counter gave my wife one of her used batteries(acting like she was doing us a favor). Then after an hour we had no choice but to trade to a different vape, then pay more. Shady place. Don't do business with.
