I've bought a few versions of Kratom from Premier and have always been satisfied. Great shop, great…read moreselection, great help. Last weekend I bought a Kilo of Empire Bali Kratom. I dropped $100. Mike warned me that I might have to use more of it to get an effect. "BUt they pack it in real tight. You'll be able to tell when you open it." I should have realized that was an indication that it's not good. A. Have to use more. And B. The best thing to say about it is the packaging. I made my choice. I bought it. But it sucks. I called up Mike today and asked him about/told him about it, and he said "honestly, this is the first complaint I've ever heard about it." I guess that people told him they have to use more of it to get the effect isn't a complaint. It's just advice for future customers. I'm expert at a couple things. Kratom is not one of them. So I expect that a retailer who sells stuff is helping me make a decision by picking the best items to sell that will make their customers happy. I'd have felt better if Mike just apologized and said he's sorry about it. He didn't. He just told me he'd need to talk to some other time. I guess I was wasting his time. (Especially since no one else complained about it.). Since no one else has complained about it, my complaint is obviously off base. I'm really disappointed that after $600 or $700 in purchases in my first year here my complaint wasn't worth some attention. (I didn't join their frequent purchases club until well after I started buying from Premier. Great experience so far, but I guess you learn more about a company when things don't go well than when things are great. Suggestions for alternative retailers of Kratom are appreciated.

Their recent expansion has included a vast selection of incense and psychedelic gummies. No place that is run on the up and up that is legit has such a policy. The distributer would credit them for the unit, so they are fleamarket type dealers. You could get a better quality unit from a fleamarket dealer or even gas station junk is better than what VapeOholix offer, and you wouldn't lose as much money. I explained I vape a lot and need a good battery. I bought a unit because I was lied to by the owner who said it has a good battery, but the battery only lasted an hour or two and took an extended time to charge. Didn't fit my needs, and I couldn't return it for another item which would fit my needs and be what I wanted in the first place. I tried to return it to get an exchange for something that had at least decent battery life. Since the store already got my cash, they wouldn't exchange it for a different item. They made excuses for the bad battery life that it was a starter unit, even though the day before I stressed I needed something with a long battery life. I feel ripped off and was the victim of con-artists with their new fly by night operation. I took the day old item to Hi-Tech Vapors in Greensburg who bought it off of me for half the price I paid, and found me a unit I love. Hi-Tech Vapors solved a problem for me, that VapeOholix caused, that is what you call great business practices. Go to Hi-Tech Vapors in Greensburg, they are way cheaper and have more flavors and cheaper units and will return products and will not rip you off and con you like VapeOholix, Hi-Tech Vapors even offer you a free bottle of juice for every 5 bottles you buy and you can pick absolutely any nicotine level you want.

This store, is the complete opposite. Over the last 30 days, I've spend $368 to try to get a reliable tank and battery that doesn't leak - break or have defective coils. What do I have to show for it? A bunch of broken products that won't verify as authentic on any website and one working one working battery with no tank. Every product I've purchased from this store has broken, spits hot liquid or is a noticeable knock off. Even though they sell knock off products, I'm most upset about the customer service. My request was to simply have a working tank for all of the money I spent. The guy working there proceeds to tell me that it's my fault, that I don't know what I'm doing. Laughs at the fact that these products are breaking and tells me he will sell me another one. When I ask to be refunded, he tells me to get out... seriously. It makes me laugh because with all of the new regulations in this industry, a company like this thinks they will stay in business treating their customers like this. Buyer beware.

I visited Palm Beach Vapors only one time. The staff were friendly enough, but I didn't feel welcomed. I asked to sample some juices. I was offered only the house juices to try. When I inquired about the premium juices, the clerk indicated that those were for more experienced vapors. I didn't tell her that I was one of them. I did end up purchasing a house juice, which I used once and could not use again. It leaves a terrible after taste. I'm not sure if it was a bad mix or just the flavor, but it definitely turned me off from house juices in general. Overall, this is an ok store. They have stuff if you need stuff.
