I paid $60 for this vaporizer and someone is going to replace the malfunctioning mouthpiece because it is under warranty. I went to the actual store again yesterday to see if they could try and send an email to the warranty company located in China so that I can obtain the mouthpiece that I need and as I was standing there another customer came in, looked at the vaporizer in the box and commented to the owner that the Vaporizer was "a piece of crap" which only spurred the owner Ryan to defend himself further about how no one has ever had a problem with it. Clearly people have, he selling a product that does not have a legitimate warranty attached to it, he refuses to back his product up and is putting his customers in a position to make a purchase that is set up for failure and no way to get their money reimbursed or get warranty coverage for the product. THIS TYPE OF BUSINESS IS DECEITFUL AND UNETHICAL! Instead of helping me and putting me in touch with someone where I can get the part that I need, He had the local police call me and tell me that I am not allowed back in his store or I will be trespassing! No place that is run on the up and up that is legit has such a policy. The distributer would credit them for the unit, so they are fleamarket type dealers. You could get a better quality unit from a fleamarket dealer or even gas station junk is better than what VapeOholix offer, and you wouldn't lose as much money. I explained I vape a lot and need a good battery. I bought a unit because I was lied to by the owner who said it has a good battery, but the battery only lasted an hour or two and took an extended time to charge. Didn't fit my needs, and I couldn't return it for another item which would fit my needs and be what I wanted in the first place. I tried to return it to get an exchange for something that had at least decent battery life. Since the store already got my cash, they wouldn't exchange it for a different item. They made excuses for the bad battery life that it was a starter unit, even though the day before I stressed I needed something with a long battery life. I feel ripped off and was the victim of con-artists with their new fly by night operation. I took the day old item to Hi-Tech Vapors in Greensburg who bought it off of me for half the price I paid, and found me a unit I love. Hi-Tech Vapors solved a problem for me, that VapeOholix caused, that is what you call great business practices.
