I visited Palm Beach Vapors only one time. The staff were friendly enough, but I didn't feel welcomed. I asked to sample some juices. I was offered only the house juices to try. When I inquired about the premium juices, the clerk indicated that those were for more experienced vapors. I didn't tell her that I was one of them. I did end up purchasing a house juice, which I used once and could not use again. It leaves a terrible after taste. I'm not sure if it was a bad mix or just the flavor, but it definitely turned me off from house juices in general. Overall, this is an ok store. They have stuff if you need stuff.

First off, let me say that I've been a ecig user since 2012, before they were ever really popular…read more I've shopped at 10+ vape shops, have had some minor issues in the past, but nothing that these shops weren't able to rectify professionally. This store, is the complete opposite. Over the last 30 days, I've spend $368 to try to get a reliable tank and battery that doesn't leak - break or have defective coils. What do I have to show for it? A bunch of broken products that won't verify as authentic on any website and one working one working battery with no tank. Every product I've purchased from this store has broken, spits hot liquid or is a noticeable knock off. Even though they sell knock off products, I'm most upset about the customer service. My request was to simply have a working tank for all of the money I spent. The guy working there proceeds to tell me that it's my fault, that I don't know what I'm doing. Laughs at the fact that these products are breaking and tells me he will sell me another one. When I ask to be refunded, he tells me to get out... seriously. It makes me laugh because with all of the new regulations in this industry, a company like this thinks they will stay in business treating their customers like this. Buyer beware.

I went to the actual store again yesterday to see if they could try and send an email to the warranty company located in China so that I can obtain the mouthpiece that I need and as I was standing there another customer came in, looked at the vaporizer in the box and commented to the owner that the Vaporizer was "a piece of crap" which only spurred the owner Ryan to defend himself further about how no one has ever had a problem with it. Clearly people have, he selling a product that does not have a legitimate warranty attached to it, he refuses to back his product up and is putting his customers in a position to make a purchase that is set up for failure and no way to get their money reimbursed or get warranty coverage for the product. THIS TYPE OF BUSINESS IS DECEITFUL AND UNETHICAL! Instead of helping me and putting me in touch with someone where I can get the part that I need, He had the local police call me and tell me that I am not allowed back in his store or I will be trespassing! I'm not kidding you, I drove by Friday night and came back through Monday morning and it had changed. With the change there seems to be a better layout of the lot and better flow as well. Making it easier to get gas or go inside. Inside it is a little bit put together unlike how it was prior. It was so haphazard before the changeover and it felt like it was cluttered in here. The staff seem to be the same, so no change there. Biggest pro here, you don't need to go all the way into either Murrysville or Delmont for Sunoco gas now.
