First off, let me say that I've been a ecig user since 2012, before they were ever really popular…read more I've shopped at 10+ vape shops, have had some minor issues in the past, but nothing that these shops weren't able to rectify professionally. This store, is the complete opposite. Over the last 30 days, I've spend $368 to try to get a reliable tank and battery that doesn't leak - break or have defective coils. What do I have to show for it? A bunch of broken products that won't verify as authentic on any website and one working one working battery with no tank. Every product I've purchased from this store has broken, spits hot liquid or is a noticeable knock off. Even though they sell knock off products, I'm most upset about the customer service. My request was to simply have a working tank for all of the money I spent. The guy working there proceeds to tell me that it's my fault, that I don't know what I'm doing. Laughs at the fact that these products are breaking and tells me he will sell me another one. When I ask to be refunded, he tells me to get out... seriously. It makes me laugh because with all of the new regulations in this industry, a company like this thinks they will stay in business treating their customers like this. Buyer beware.

I, like…read moremost people, can easily buy online (for cheaper), so the ritual of going into a vape store is more about being turned onto new things, having conversation, and supporting a local business. Alot of these things are achieved by making customers, especially first time customers, feel welcome and "at home". In my experience I walked in while there was only one other customer, and was barely spoken to most of the visit, I spent quite awhile looking at juice which would have been a perfect opportunity to strike up a conversation about my taste and get feelers for what I might be interested in. As you can guess, this didn't happen, and all I can say on that is customer service goes a VERY long way. If you happen to be in the mall and need juice badly, then stop here. The undisputed champion of vape shops in Uniontown…read more Vapor Hut stocks an impressive amount of hardware and premium juices (Cuttwood, Liquid State, Bad Drip, Hemlock, etc.). They also carry a smorgasbord of made-to-order house juices, which are inexpensive and high quality. The atmosphere of the store is truly a 'hang'. Lewis and Adam are super friendly and eager to help. It's the kind of shop that you enjoy spending an extra hour in, trying new flavors or test running new equipment. I've been to all of the local vape shops, but i keep going back to Vapor Hut for the low prices, cutting edge hardware, house juice menu, and inviting atmosphere.
