I went to 4-5 SB stores looking for the perfect shade of extensions, and unfortunately bought the wrong shade at the Brentwood SB. When I bought this first set, and found out after I went home that it was the wrong shade, I went to the Bridgeville SB. Mia took 15 minutes out of her time to walk me around the store, collecting supplies to dye the extension to the right shade, and walking me through everything I needed to do to dye the extensions to my shade. She even wrote down the steps that I needed to take because I had never dyed hair before! She was especially a life saver in this regard. I can't thank this team of consultants enough and I'm so happy with the extensions that I ultimately bought. I also can't recommend these girls enough if you have any questions, they go above and beyond in making the customer happy and making sure that they have everything that the customer needs. However, I noticed that the only public review was a single star review, and it was NOT good! I opened the review and saw that the reviewer felt that he was treated very poorly, as a result, and myself being new to vaping (with more questions than answers), I decided to stay away, in order to avoid possible ridicule and embarrassment from my lack of knowledge and overabundance of questions. Several weeks went by and I still hadn't found a store. So, since I was in the neighborhood, I bit the bullet and went in to seek help for an issue that I was having with an existing setup of mine. As soon as I walked in, I heard a very friendly "Hello, my name is Alex, how can I help you?" I shook Alex's hand and explained my setup problem and asked him if he could take a look and see the problem, and/or make some recommendations on how to get it right. He took the time to provide me with a very customized experience. I explained that I was new to vaping, and what my needs from it were, as well as what I was looking for. He took a look at my device, figured out what the problem was. Asked me what kind of action I wanted to take (which was to replace my atomizer), and, so as to not blackball me into an item that was beyond my price range and my needs, he made sure to ask me what I was comfortable spending and he found the perfect device for me; In fact, I like it better than my original one! He made sure it fit my battery, and made sure that it fired right and fit well on my existing battery. I happened to have my own eJuice (I vape CBD oil) with me, and he even showed me how to fill the new item that I purchased. This place was soooooo far in the polar opposite direction of what was described by that single-star-review that I can't even begin to explain it! I'm not saying that the Single-Star-Reviewer was being less than honest, but perhaps there were some extenuating circumstances that led to the events that had transpired during his experience? MY experience was so positive that they now have a customer for life and I highly recommend their shop to anyone that asks and/or will listen. PROS: Very helpful staff (Alex); Friendly atmosphere (it appears that you're welcome to just hang out, if you feel like it); Pricing is moderate; They make their own eJuice, customizable and on the spot, in the shop. CONS: They do NOT carry CBD oil/eJuice and I very much wish that they would! I can't get my stuff anywhere locally, I've only found it online and it takes forever to arrive. Vape Crusades, PLEEEEEASE consider making your own CBD oils soon!!!! NOTE: Alex, myself, and a nice kid that was hanging out talked about how cool and helpful tiny classes for newcomers would be. Classes for 2-3 people, to teach us how to putz around with rebuildables, etc. Alex actually told me that he's willing to teach anyone what they need to know, he enjoys sharing the knowledge! How freaking cool and nice is that? GIVE THEM A SHOT! YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED.
