I bought a quite a bit of stuff for Christmas presents and I wanted to exchange one of the grinders for a different one. Not return. Just exchange. I bought 2 days ago. Never used. I was told that all sales are final. No exchange. This is so low rent. They're supposed to be a legitimate business. I didn't know of any other legitimate business that doesn't allow you to exchange within 48 hours. Some stores that I have been to in bad neighborhoods don't allow exchanges. I walked into this shop a couple weeks ago looking for CBD isolate tinture for pain. A girl names Lecia helped me pick out a grape ape tricome tinture 550mg that she recommended for pain. i was very expicit i wanted an isolate when i purchased it. I tried it for a little over a week and didnt notice a difference at all, where i have noticed pain relief from other cbds ive tried. Came back trying to exchange it and was told by the same girl that they dont do returns and that what i had was a powerful full spectrum cbd. I didnt rebuttal that she had initially informed me it was an isolate so i asked her for a receipt since i didnt recieve it with the e mail i was told id get for being a new customer. Well I knew nothing about anything related to CBD products. On a hot day while vising I walked past it & then decided to go in to check it out & get a break from the heat. Well let me just say I am glad I did. The person working there, Gary was super helpful. I mean the place was wall to wall products & I was clueless. He took the time to explain things & all the different products they had. People would come in & know what's up so it would be easy & quick for Gary to help them while I was looking at the products they had. I may have been overwhelmed by all these things in the store, but once I was able to go through what they all did & how they worked it gave me a better understanding. I basically had Gary go from one side of the store to the other to give me a better idea of what the products were for. It helped me so much so I could determine what I would end up buying. Since I was traveling it was easy enough since so many things come in small packages. I probably spent way too much money but got a few things for a friend & think it was worth it.
