They came out this afternoon and did the locks for three doors, six locks total which is the max the warranty covers. Our locksmith's name was Alex and he was super friendly. He arrived on time and was polite from start to finish. He explained the whole process to me and told me how the old locks worked and how the new ones will work since they were built differently. He took his time with his work but still got it done faster than I expected which was a pleasant surprise. He made sure I tested the new locks with the new keys so I could be sure everything was all good, and it was. I had a great experience with this company from start to finish. The scheduling was painless and fast and the technician arrived within the estimated window. I was also notified when he was on his way and I was able to track his progress so I could tell when he would arrive. I'm not sure why other people had bad experiences in the past, but my experience was nothing short of perfect. Edit: the agreement was the locksmith would arrive between 10:00 am and 11:30am (see screenshot). When 11:30 hit, I called their phone number to ask if the locksmith would arrive soon, and if I should stay past the appointment window. There was no answer. In fact, I still have not gotten any call-back from the multiple voicemails I left three days ago. I understand that things happen, and something appointments need to be rescheduled or delayed, but communication is an important part of making that happen. You cannot expect a customer to remain past an agreed upon window if you do not contact them to extend it.
