She listens, she cares, and she delivers every single time. Annie stands behind her work, treats you like gold, and makes sure you leave feeling confident and beautiful. Her customer service alone sets her apart -- but then you add her talent and it's next level. Her highlights and lowlights are flawless and natural, and don't even get me started on extensions... the quality is incredible and somehow the most affordable I've found ANYWHERE. She truly makes gorgeous hair accessible without breaking the bank. If you're even thinking about trying someone new -- this is your sign. Book with Annie. They didn't communicate with me even after me asking them numerous times. I was on the rinse chair for over an hour and in the salon for 3.5 hours. They messed up my hair color big time and didn't do the cut I made the payment they asked for and despite that Peter blamed me for the delay (how is it my fault when his team was working on my hair and made a mess) and he lost his temper, even said that he doesn't care if he gets a bad review. So here I am writing him a bad review. I do not recommend this salon because they don't know how to treat people right. All I expected was clear communication of what went wrong and an apology that they messed up my hair and trying to fix it. As opposed to blaming it on me and telling me that I should tell my family that it will take 5 hours for them to do the color and cut. Stay away from this place!
