Margret checked in regularly and explained every step, which made everything smooth. From project approval, and throughout the removal process, I never had to wonder what was happening next. When they showed up to do the actual removal, you could tell they knew what they were doing. They worked quickly but carefully, and I was impressed by how they managed to take down a pretty substantial tree without any damage to our property or our neighbors'. The crew was highly experienced in their work, and more importantly, the cleanup afterward was thorough. No debris left behind, no mess to deal with. The pricing was very fair. Tree work in general costs a lot, especially when you are doing the work with licensed professionals who are insured, use all the right equipment, and are protective of yours and others property. Even with all that, I saw no indication of price gouging. Rush and Margret made the whole thing hassle-free. They gave me everything I was looking for with a tree service, and I'm glad I made the call. This will be my go to from here on out for any work I need in the future.

I needed to have a heavy limb cut off my beloved Juniper tree as it was encroaching on my neighbor's property. I left messages with several companies and arborists and Margret called me back within a few hours, personally stopped by the next day to give me an estimate and had a crew of 5 come 2 days later and they got the job cleanly, quickly, safely and expertly within a half hour. Boom. Done! And Margret and Rush were here to supervise the whole time and they sealed the cut with a spray to help the tree and prevent infection. I'm so happy to have found a tree service so professional, accommodating, respectful, and trustworthy. They are now my tree people! And they are friendly too! Thanks, Aper's!

Canada was able to give me a great price and do the work immediately. That was huge for me as this was the first step before I could get my windows cleaned and screens installed. (See my review for The Screen Genie re: new window screens.) Two trucks of guys showed up and they worked so fast I couldn't believe it! (They also rescued a baby raccoon from the pool and helped him return to his home.) The foreman, Ramiro, was great. We walked around first to ensure that he understood exactly what I wanted and how I envisioned the trees and bushes looking at the end. As the project went on, he checked in with me and also made sure I was happy with the end result. I couldn't believe how much they got done in two hours and the yard ended up looking great. Highly recommend!
