I absolutely love this park! The playground is fantastic as it has 3 large structures of varying age appropriateness. There is an awesome splash pad that is rarely busy. It is open in the summer and if it isn't running when you get there to play, try hitting the button. There is a farmer's market on Sundays in the summer from 9am to 2pm. The market has everything from fruits and veggies, to wine, to chocolates, to Buffalo themed gifts, to Duke's Donuts and Public Espresso coffee! If you try the cold brew and take sugar, make sure to use the simple syrup! They make it themselves and it dissolves in the cold brew unlike granulated sugar. They usually have live music, food trucks, and yoga at the farmer's market too. The park has beautiful tennis courts, a basketball court, and 3 softball diamonds. There is a bathroom not far from the softball diamonds that is recently redone. Caz Creek runs through the park and is not only beautiful to look at, but also is home to ducks! There are parking lots and also free street parking. The streets were recently repaved. There are soccer/rugby fields, and also there is a golf course. The majority of trees are old growth so the shade is abundant. The casino has recently had repairs done, but I would love it if they did additional improvements to reflect the beauty of the rest of the park. Dogs are welcome, just don't forget to clean up after! read more
