To say the least, the system we installed was not easy to set up and only worked adequately for about a year and one by one the cameras started to fail. We Contacted Integra and the owner, Greg came out to the property, looked over the property and gave a reasonable proposal to install a new system. The system was installed on schedule and the reps went over all of the functions and helped us set it up on our phones so we could remotely view the property. Frazier and crew were able to run it through the attic and it was no easy task. There were areas blocked off in the attic and of course a fire wall. They managed to fish the line through with little holes to patch, which they did before they left. They also ran a cable line to our back patio that is virtually hidden all but 2 feet. The cost was very reasonable and even though it took a little longer than expected with the tricky attic layout, he did not increase his quote. Highly recommend Southwestern Low Voltage!

After the initial visit we decided to try out the sonos wireless audio system they let me try it out in home for 30 days before I made a decision, WOW! I decided the sonos wasn't for me, they weren't pushy about it at all. I ended up having them do an in-wall speaker install they got my speakers working flawlessly and even fixed my outdoor speakers. They let me know about future options that I might want to go with. I definitely would recommend them for anyone looking to upgrade their home A/V set up.
