This company is the shadiest company I have ever done business with. They have a contract that is unreadable, and me believing what they said, signed it only to be told that it is a 5 year contract!!!!! They misled and lied about the terms and conditions of the contract. I never should have signed it so I take the responsibility for that. This review is a warning for anyone commercial or residential person that may be considering signing a contract with this untrustworthy company. read more

Cavossa came through. Our previous vendor removed their dumpsters 2 days early and refused to return them despite the fact we're paid through until March 31. I called Henry at Cavossa and he made our issue his priority. We were fortunate to have Cavossa for our recycling vendor and loved them. Recently we had to switch disposal services for both our trash and recycling. We wanted to stay with a local group for obvious reasons and went with Cavossa Disposal. They have been around for a long time, been present at local events, and then after reaching out to them and having a great conversation we went with them. They have some fantastic customer service and made the transition simple and easy. it has been rough year for us with grief and family tragedy, health issues. Last thing we need is our garbage sitting on the street not pickedvup. Called there and told same thing we heard before, our account put on suspension!,!,, They did this a year ago.Not even a phone call or e Mail. Nothing just cut off!, you get a notice from electric or Gas Co. When Mr Cavosa daughter was our pick up driver fantastic service! I was very upset with their girl, paid bill past due 90 days on the phone which I easily could of done had I gotten a bill, email or a courtesy call. You do not treat paying customers like this.We never got a credit fr no pick ups, told " they ere there" i stayed on phone and asked you want picture of garbage. plan to make a change to avoid further aggravation and stress. They were recommended to us. I also asked this week to put me on auto pay, said she could not, had to talk to someone else so paid with her. If Cavosa is staying in Residential Trash, treat customers with care, always e mail or call before cutting off garbage pick up, offer auto pay to all customers better for you both. read more

I called three times and three times no one came. I was promised by an employee that it wouldn't happen again and it happened again. I'm very disappointed and I almost lost my job because of it. I wouldn't recommend Cavossa to anybody! if your looking for good service don't go here! I'm not even trying to be spiteful I'm simply trying to save you the bad experience that I went thrPugh. they didn't even try to make it right. I had a great experience with Cavossa. I had to clean out my Dads house after he passed away. My Dad was an avid collector of just about everything you can imagine. I called them and they were very easy and super friendly on the phone very informative on the process as it had been a few years since I rented a dumpster. the 30 yarder was delivered and the driver was very helpful in setting it up. I was worried about it being overflowed as I had a lot of junk and it was explained there were a lot of extra charges for certain items. In all honesty I was expecting my card to get charged a lot of overages but it did not happen Pick up was smooth and easy receipt was emailed right away Great Service will use them again. read more

Better Call Walter!! Don't bother with companies that want to have you BUY a dumpster and then proceed to rent it to you. Beware of open ended contracts the gangster companies get you to sign onto. These guys are straight forward and reasonable. Just got our local library to switch to them and they are saving 30% per month. We have had Cavossa for many years and been very happy with their service. This past spring we renovated our home . We suspended service but then Memorial Day weekend came and we had forgot to restart service. Walter set us up for service and even delivered our container within 2 hours! That's great service. Don't bother signing a contract with this vendor. After being a customer for several years I changed trash pickup companies. I had paid for the entire quarter and although I received an invoice showing a credit (an incorrect one) it took three months and a complaint filed with the Massa chusetts Attorney General's office to finally get a check. They are unresponsive and rude on the phone. This company was unprofessional and their bookeeping practices are seriously in question. Who keeps a credit due to a customer open on their books for months and even into a new year? A ripoff company, that's who. read more
