Great team at Thompson Waste Removal. Courteous, efficient and competitive pricing. I am a repeat customer and highly recommend them.

Best Service around,by far. I have rented dumpsters in the past to clean out junk around the house. Great customer service, good communication, and best prices. Highly recommend Thompson Waste Removal. read more

Would not recommend. As you can see in my picture the dumpster we rented was half empty. The things we threw in there barely weigh anything. We got charged an extra $100. Very disappointing. read more

Weekly trash pick up! There have been a couple of times that we didn't get the trash out on time and they ran and got them for us! That is incredible service. read more

SO disappointed in the company. I have gotten several dumpsters from them in the past couple of years and this time I got a 15 yard dumpster to dispose of a deck and got it for 3 days and they charged me $212 extra for overage of the weight I rented BUT I did not complain that they kept the dumpster in my yard for an extra day even though it was an inconvenience as I had another dumpster for roof and siding I was having removed and they do not have 30 yard dumpster to rent. No notification on the extra charge and how do I know that this is true without seeing a printout from the dumping location of this weight. I was told by the receptionist that they do not notify you which is shady to me since I am entrusting that they are being true and unfortunately, they can upcharge anyone and who would know. I will not be referring this company any further as I did not feel like this was fair. Show me the overage and then I would feel that I know it was. Receptionist said I was yelling at her and was asking a question as I am not going to know how much was in the dumpster ( weight wise) and it was not even close to full and their website states the size for the jobs you need it for. I am in customer service and would allow my client to speak and be rational but this girl definitely should not be the customer service for this company. read more

Great, efficient, friendly service. They do everything I need very well. They clear everything I ever put out for them to take and they never leave anything behind. read more

Definitely my first choice for dumpster rentals in the future. Prices are very competitive, and website didn't set off skeevy business alarms. Dumpster delivery was very prompt first thing in the morning on the day it was supposed to be delivered exactly where it was supposed to be. Customer service was extremely responsive. They made extending the rental by three days extremely easy. Lastly, final bill was prompt, accurate, and easy to read. No sizzle, just the steak. Thank you for that. read more

Excellent service! Pat and the team have been our go to dumpster guys for the last few years and have always come through. We typically have multiple jobs going at the same time and are switching out dumpsters constantly. Thompson waste always comes through and always accommodates. Thanks guys!!! read more

We've used TWR twice now for dumpster rental, and had a good experience with them both times. For both rentals, we had the dumpster an extra day (free of charge, just based on their pick-up schedule), which was nice, and the crew was very friendly. For the second rental, during pick-up, they accidentally left some gouges in our driveway from where the dumpster was, but customer service was great and only charged us for the "extra cost" items we had put in the dumpster. I would recommend TWR, and will definitely use them in the future. read more

Geat company. Great customer service. Will definitely use again!!!! Couldn't be happier!!!!!

Reasonably priced and good service. Could use more containers available for customer use.

absolutely amazing service. they were extremely responsive in delivery and priced great. I had spoken with multiple companies and the interaction with their staff sold me immediately. they understood my needs and had the dumpster delivered almost to the minute of their earliest possible and had it picked up immediately. I was blown away by their promptness. no hidden charges, no bs. Quoted price and PROMPT. Having utilized many companies, I've never experienced this degree of accountability to timetables before. read more

I did the deal 15 yard dumpster for 3 days for 200$ worked out great, the driver that picked up the dumpster was awesome, he saw one one of my kids crying(2 year old) and let him help pull the dumpster on the truck. Went above and beyond. read more

Excellent price & service! Very happy with our rental for garage clean up.

Very simple and straightforward process,I would definitely recommend them moving forward.

I needed a dumpster to accommodate the removal of old concrete stairs and discovered that many companies no longer allow concrete disposal. Thompson did allow it and the price seemed reasonable enough based on estimated size needed for two weeks, so I hired them. Drop-off and pick-up of the dumpster were seamless, drivers were very nice and professional. I confess that I was surprised when I was billed because even though the dumpster was not full, I was charged a lot more than I expected due to the weight of the concrete. When I called for an explanation, the woman I dealt with could not have been nicer. She was able to explain the bottom line to my satisfaction in a very understanding and understandable way. Although she never pointed it out, the mistake was mine. I should have done research in advance rather than after the fact which is when I discovered an online calculator that translated estimated cubic feet of concrete into tons. As it turns out, the amount I was billed was not at all out of line. I was simply uneducated as to how much concrete might weigh. I would definitely use Thompson again. read more

Amazing service and great price for a dumpster. Will use again definitely for any removal services!

Great customer service! Price for a 15 yard dumpster was super reasonable and we got to have it for 2 weeks! We didn't have to rush around and get everything done in a weekend. Delivery was right on time - it was at my house first thing in the morning. I would use them again in a heartbeat if I ever need a dumpster again. read more

An absolute PLEASURE to do business with!! You will not find a NICER guy to deal with... I don't even know the owner's name, but I assume his last name is Thompson :). THE BEST prices on a dumpster rental ANYWHERE, and he is just a doll to talk to. Again, you will not find better customer service or better prices. I DARE you to try!!! read more

Awfull .. customer service is by far not a priority to them. In order to get a phone call or an email respond you have to tell them you are looking to for a service. Would not recommend them all ALL!!! We just switched to another service read more

Awesome company with great customer service. We have been using them for a little over a year for weekly trash pick-up and they go above and beyond. They have taken extra, gone down the driveway to get the barrels if we forget to put them out and even beep and wave at my 2 year old when she watches for "the big truck". Great prices and super easy to deal with. Couldn't be happier. read more

Been using them for a couple of years. Couldn't be happier. Excellent, small locally owned business that cares about their customers.

I used Thompson Waste for 1 year in East Bridgewater. They are great! The service is spectacular, billings easy and reasonably priced. Why would anyone bother with stickers and bags when you can easily use Thompson and have quick, simple trash pickup! I am moving so no longer need the service but highly recommend to anyone who needs trash pickup! read more

Good prices but horrible customer service. I ordered a 3 day special and they were late picking it up which I didn't mind. After the took it away they called 2 days later while I was at work on a Friday to tell me the bill. Since I was working I couldn't answer so they charged me anyways and now won't answer any calls nor have they sent an email with the bill. read more

Operating a construction company we rely on outside vendors, that can be a source of stress. But, when it comes to our dumpsters, we have zero worry, Twr has been part of our team. And the compliments we get from our property owners re them is a great reflection on us read more

They are ok - for the most part they did what they say they would. In my town, recycling was every other week, on a different day than the trash pickup. It just made things more difficult that if it was all on the same day. Also, I like to pay my bills online, and they can only do automatic billing or you send in a paper check. I have switched to a different company that's a little cheaper and offers more services. read more
