This company is the shadiest company I have ever done business with. They have a contract that is…read moreunreadable, and me believing what they said, signed it only to be told that it is a 5 year contract!!!!! They misled and lied about the terms and conditions of the contract. I never should have signed it so I take the responsibility for that. This review is a warning for anyone commercial or residential person that may be considering signing a contract with this untrustworthy company.

Big high 5 to Nauset, Ive never had a complaint or issue, they've never missed a pickup, the drivers are always promptly here at 7 am. They're all so pleasant and friendly....and they really recycle, especially when you spend all that time rinsing, and breaking down cardboard..... Recently I had a billing issue.....Anne quickly resolved this, no hassles.....just pleasant and kind.....
