All the negative reviews on this place are on point! Their so called "manager" does not know a thing about the hospitality industry. I have been to this place several times and almost all of those times something had to go wrong. This past weekend, I got together with a group of my friends and we decided to go out somewhere local to dance - I was reluctant to go to Cave considering my past negative experiences but why not give it another try? Maybe they could redeem themselves this time. Despite having one small table for 7 people, the night was going good and we were having lots of fun dancing, drinking, eating. The problem started with some guy that passed out on our clothes which we moved out of fear of him throwing up on them. Security did nothing to get rid of him considering that he was probably too intoxicated. Then another idiot started dancing on top of the passed out guy while holding on to our table causing it to tip over and all of our alcohol and food ended up on the floor! Wtf. Our mood went sour quickly. We had 6-7 full shots that were spilled - that's about a quarter of our Hennessee bottle. We were not reimbursed and they did not replace the shots or the food. Thank goodness we almost finished the bottle before this happened! After my boyfriend had a loooong talk with the "manager", that **sshole claimed that they're in the business of making money and still didn't do anything to rectify the situation. Good luck making money like that! What happened to "a customer is always right?" The way they handle their business, this place is destined to go out of business. And, I hope that happens soon. I'm never stepping in that place again and neither are my friends. Another thing that bugs me about this place is the SMOKE ------- I have no idea why they let people smoke with such poor ventilation system - the smoke smell was overwhelming - you come out smelling like an ashtray from head to toe, disgusting. read more

I wish I could give a zero stars rating. This place is RASICT! The manager is a fat balled guy who hates blacks, and feels very uncomfortable in his own skin. Very insecure weak minded LOSER. This guy called the cops on me and my buddies because the girls he was giving free hookahs and drinks to were done using him, and interested in hanging with me and my buddies. The owners should get rid of him for being a sugar daddy on their dime. The cops showed up and quickly realized this manager was a idiot. He attempted to use the cops to make him look good in front of the girls who at that point knew he was a lame. The cops left and he stood there looking stupid while him and the bouncers mean mugged us all night while we engaged in conversation with the same girls he started this problem over. Then he goes and fire his own waitress because she disagreed with his actions and wouldn't lie to the cops for him. This manager is a retard! The bouncers are black but are completely House n****s. Very eager to put another black man down for the approval and acceptance of the white men they work for. Such a shame! If you are black and plan to go to this club be prepared to be turned away at the door with 100 excuses to why they can't let you in and if you do get in don't be surprised if they try to sit your black ass at a table in the back where it's dark while there is plenty of open tables in the front. I am expecting an apology !!! read more

Used to be a regular because this is the only place my friends wanted to go considering there's not many spacious bars/lounges/clubs in this area. Here are some things I've noticed: The cons: This place is FILLED with gross men who are there to grope women without their consent and who don't take a hint. Everything is overpriced. The hookah takes forever. The manager is a pervert and close minded, he should be enough reason to not come here. While the music is cool at first, the DJs play the SAME. EXACT. SET. BACK. TO. BACK. EVERY. WEEKEND. If you're with a group of people, but pay for your drinks separately at different times of the night, they'll double charge you. Forgetting you've already paid and won't change their minds. Girl's bathroom like.. never has toilet paper on a busy night. It gets way too hot, regardless of the A/C. They take an automatic 20% tip. The pros: You can reserve a table. Their bouncers are hilarious and quick to react. The interior is nice and fits the "cave" theme very well. You can smoke cigarettes inside after like... 11? or 12. Can't remember. This is a pro for me personally, but may be a con for you. As a smoker, it's annoying going outside to smoke in the cold. There's a decent amount of space for a club in this area. Overall, do not recommend. If you have no option, it'll be okay. Just try to stay alert. People here are shady. read more

Think right place in right time but to small for Weekend Crowd ((The music is mostly Latin (dont u think its a little WTF?) ... the contingent is mostly trashy. But it was one of the few places that was full until late night, so I give it a good grade.W wanted to go to Monaco but still no chairs enough for 12 people )) Great food, good hookah, drinks are ok. I know it's a lounge that turns into a night club at night but the music is a little too loud even for a night club. The waitresses are very nice and attentive; they are always around even when it's busy, so you don't have to wait for hours to ask for something. read more

I've never reviewed a place in my life...that's how upset I was. I booked cave for a combo party a week earlier and a few hours before the event I get a call confirming then saying there is a 3 bottle minimum or $500. I was upset and when I said cancel he said no problem and hung up! I would've burned so much more money in that place but the fact that I was dismissed like that was beyond disgusting and insulting. Management needs courses on customer etiquette...a simple im sorry for the misunderstanding would've sufficed. Never going there again.... read more

I really wanted to like this place. The decor is beautiful. The food is horrible and I found plastic on my pasta. I did not complain because I thought it could be a accident. The next thing I noticed is empty. Always empty on weekdays and on weekend is full of teenagers. I am 55 years old and seeing children being served alcohol makes me very nervous. The manager is a total idiot and the owner acts like a tough guy sitting in the corner with hookah drinking his sorrows. Disgrace. Do not go there! read more

I love this place! The music is awesome, the staff are very friendly from the security at the door to all the people on the floor. The service is excellent especially Jennifer one of the waitresses. She is very courteous and always attentive with anything that the customers need. She really makes everyone feel welcomed and her service is the best. read more

Cave. Because you like rude service, too loud crappy music, weird euro trash men, people smoking cigarettes next to you indoors and hookah that tastes like soap. Also because you are not aware that there are other clubs out there. And GASP, the City is right there. Infinite choices - any of them better than this. read more

Great spot for when i want to grab drinks locally. They have dessert so perfect for after dinner and a bouncer so there arent any teenagers running around. They also serve hookah which is a great plus to when you want to chill out. Beside creepy men staring all the time, this place is a chill spot. read more

The Cave is a place of great night life with lots of great music and drinks that accompany that in a great style. Really liked the crowd of people and the backyard that has seats with tables where you could cool down after dancing. In addition their food is delicious and very good service read more

OMG wow. Just wow. I never seen worse in my life. Really stay away from this horrible place. I have personally called the liquor authority and reported underage drinking as well as illegal drugs. Until they change all their horrible staff this place will be shut down very soon. read more

I came to this lounge for a friends birthday. They ripped us off on bottles which were filled with house vodka when we ordered grey goose. We had a number of appetizers: calamari tasted so bad that we all got sick. Rude staff and management. I am never going there! read more

One of the worst places I've ever been to, the owner acts like a little child knowing people go to other places instead of his own. I was with my girl, and some dudes tried rapping her, man are animals there no respect, a lot of under age people. I don't recommend!!!! read more

Great environment and the hookah was incredible. Nadia suggested a perfect flavor and kept the smoke strong and clean the whole night! If you go to this hookah lounge ask for Nadia and you will have a great night! read more
