This is one of my new favorite lunch spots in Orlando. It's quick, the interior is well-designed, it's reasonably priced, and most importantly, the food is delicious. I've tried the Greek wrap as well as the lamb, and both were packed full of flavor. The ingredients are fresh, the portions are spot on, and their drinks are also amazing (I had the mint lemonade which was perfectly refreshing on a hot day and not too sweet). Will definitely be keeping this place in my weekly lunch rotation! read more

This chain is really fantastic. I've tried the spicy lamb meatball, the spicy chicken and the steak + feta wraps. They are all excellent, especially the steak! I didn't customize any of these...just went with their creations as is, and let me tell you these things are packing serious FLAVOR. Who knows if I will get sick of these flavors over time, but for now...wow, this is the best new chain in years. read more

I really enjoyed the honey harissa chickened bowl. The place was pretty clean. Only downside is that only have two individual bathrooms. I went to wash my hands and both were occupied. Also you get free pita bread with your meal but they didn't tell us so we asked and they then have us. Oh get the strawberry lemonade! read more

So excited to have Cava in Florida! Central Florida that is It tasted just as yummy as it does when I visit Denver. This time I tried the meatballs and they were super juicy and flavorful. This was my husband's first time at Cava and he was impressed. This will definitely be at the top of our healthy places to eat list. I can't believe i took me so long to try Cava. I have always seen rave reviews about it and wanted to finally try it out. I was greeted upon entering and the young lady taking my order did a great job of explaining everything. I ended up going with a salad bowl with the lamb meatballs and a bunch of other veggies and toppings. It was so darn good. I loved that everything tasted fresh and the meal was pretty healthy. I was a little nervous about the meatballs because lamb is not my favorite, but they were moist and flavorful. Definitely one of the best fast casual meals I've had in a long time and can't wait to go back. read more

I've always had a great experience at Cava, but not at this location. You walk in- you're greeted by silence and a death stare. There's a blonde girl who has her hair in two braids- she gave me the worst service I've ever had in my life. You go to a restaurant and ask for something, but you receive the complete opposite. Not because of a mistake. She basically made my whole order up for me. When I asked for my base, she gave me an attitude, on top of that, did not give me what I wanted. Moved on to another girl who did my toppings, and I wasn't even done with my base order. So I had to tell her to start from the beginning again. I felt rushed, unheard, and uncomfortable. If you want to feel this way, come to this location. You'll get exactly what you didn't ask for. read more

Cava is definitely a go-to place to grab food. It's always super fast and convenient and I love all of the healthy options they have! The staff are always super friendly and the quality of the food is super good! My go to order is half saffron rice and half lentils, the new spicy falafel, tomato's and cucumbers , corn, hummus, harissa, and tzatziki. The pita chips are also a must! read more

Cava is one of my fastest growing go to places for a quick but delicious lunch. I love going here and switching up the bowls each time to get different meats or different sauces. Let me tell you the Harrisa is hotter than I thought it was and I love spicy food. I recommend getting double meat because it's always so worth it. I love that all over their food is high quality too and it doesn't leave you feeling sluggish after you leave. read more

I would call this place the upgraded and better quality version of Chipotle with a Mediterranean taste. We ordered a signature bowl they had but you're able to customize and build your own bowls. The portions were awesome and the juices taste really natural (they're in house). Overall a great place and they have outdoor seating. 10/10 recommend! read more

Came here on a Friday for lunch and the line was long but moved quickly. Parking was a bit of a cluster but once nearby construction is done there will probably be more spots. Foods okay this time, service is terrible. I came in today at around 2:25pm July 8th and wanted to order my usual. The blonde girl with the braided pigtails wearing a black hat with a V working who did the base scoops completely disregarded my request and gave me the ugliest most nastiest attitude and look I have ever received. I am allowed to get 2 scoops of my own choice of rices that were given and this blonde employee did not give me what rices I wanted and chose to ignore me which lead to my order being messed up. It was disgusting knowing workers like this still give customers this type of crap. Her attitude and manners are gonna be the reason why customers will not be coming back to this cava. I've been to CAVA multiple times because the food is so good, however this time the service was what really ruined it for me. The bowl comes with two choices of dressing and when I ordered the garlic dressing online I wanted to get an additional side of the garlic sauce, but that wasn't an option. When I went for the counter, I asked to order an additional side of garlic sauce and they immediately responded saying they were out. However, right before me someone ordered the garlic dressing and she poured it for them. The bottle was just empty and she didn't want to refill it. When I received my bowl 20 minutes later after the pick up time, there was garlic dressing on it. So I know they had extra in the back. I was willing to pay for an additional side even though I shouldn't have had to. Overall I was disappointed in the service I received tonight. read more

I came here wanting to love Cava. I was planning my next trip before I even got my food. I got my food to go. Sadly when I got home I was disappointed. We ordered some dressings on the side and didn't get half of them. We were supposed to have 6 different side dressings with our orders. We had 6 sides of dressing, 3 of one and 3 of the other. They were supposed to be different. We ordered the chicken that didn't say it was spicy, it was spicy so our child wouldn't eat it. The rest of the food was pretty good read more

Tried Cava for the first time + my first suggestion would be look at the menu before you go - there are so many topping and sauce choices and they all look delicious!!!! I built my own bowl this time and every single flavor I had was delish. I really enjoyed the eggplant. The harissa chicken had some good spice to it and the roasted veggies were amazing. Happy that there is a new spot in my area, especially to stop in after the gym for some healthy food. The only reason I can't bring myself to give this place five stars is because just about every table I attempted to sit down at was dirty and not wiped. I ended up having to clean a table myself. The portions were decent, nothing spectacular. But everything looked fresh, the staff was very friendly and accommodating, and I would give them another chance. read more

So this place is pretty good. I use the app and I just pick up the salad and it's pretty quick and convenient. I also feel like the pricing is pretty good for this area. The food is decent. I've had to play with a menu a little bit to kind of figure out what I like. The concept is very Greek chipotle you kind of pick your toppings and your salad and they do kind of a bowl concept. Stumbled upon this place, and it was a great experience. They were having a soft opening and offering a free meal. I got a Greek chicken pita wrap, and it was really good. Very fresh mix of vegetables and chicken. My friend got a bowl that also looked great. A nice fast casual Mediterranean style place with a lot of healthy options. The staff was all very nice and attentive as well. They all seemed very excited to have guests and wanted to make sure everyone was enjoying their experience. If you're looking for something quick, fresh, tasty, and reasonably priced, Cava is a great option. The staff is friendly and the food is flavorful. There are plenty of options to choose from. The saffron rice base and harissa honey chicken are my go to's. I've been experimenting with different toppings, dips and spreads. Some of my favorites include the harissa, crazy feta, roasted eggplant, lentil tabbouleh and the garlic sauce (pairs well with the pita chips as well) I am also a fan of the juices; there is a traditional soda machine but there are also several seasonal house-made juices to choose from. My favorite is the blueberry lavender lemonade. As for the portion sizes, there are definitely inconsistencies. On my first visit, it was minuscule but on my second, it was plentiful. Regardless, I left both times satisfied. I will be back! read more

The service & food are spot on here! While there is typical turnover among the servers like you see elsewhere, this place is more consistent than other Cava's we have been to throughout SC, GA, TX, and FL. Every time we come in, the customer service is on point, it's clean, and the food tastes like it should. It truly has been a let down to go to locations in Columbia, SC, Athens, GA, Augusta, GA, various in Atlanta, GA, various in Orlando, FL, various in Houston, TX, and even Gainesville, FL. While this sounds like a lot, you have to understand, this place is a staple for our family so we look for a Cava wherever we are traveling. Chris and Micky keep the front of house on par while Sirmontay keeps the kitchen in order. You never feel like a number here in Winter Park and you never have to guess how the meat will taste that day because it's consistent! And, you can count on being greeted with a smile to help set the ambiance vs. an attitude like we've experienced in many of the aforementioned locations. We are not sure who the head manager is because these guys take charge and anytime they are busy, even when they're not, you see them working. Kudos to each of them and all at this location for their consistency in delivering excellent customer service and food quality! Thank you!! read more

Paid just short of $20 for one bowl with double protein and avocado. The bowl was not even half full super small pieces of chicken, and 4 quarter size lamb meatballs. The avocado which was literally half of a regular avocado for $2.25 extra. For a bowl that price I could have eaten at Prato and have gotten a nice freshly cooked meal with a drink. read more

Food was good but the tables were almost all dirty and no one helping clean up as people left. The actual food line was dirty too. Feta cheese everywhere and it seemed like an easy place for cross contamination especially for vegan options. The people serving the bowls seemed like the were just slopping the food into the bowls (making a mess) portions were nice and the taste was great. I'd try the Winter Springs location next time though EDIT- i forgot to mention the cooks fighting in the kitchen... they seemed highly annoyed at each other. Food was not made with love :( read more

Everything we ordered had great presentation, texture and flavor. They brought us a delicious basket of super thin and crispy flat bread to the table. I had the flambèed halloumi, Greek salad and brazino filet. The portions are decent but to be expected at this price point. Order the whole branzino if you want a bigger portion. You will most likely not have leftovers unless you order the pastas. The pasta dishes were generous and delicious as well. My friend had the lobster pasta which was light and the other had the rigatoni. I'd definitely come here again and recommend it for a girls night, sexy date or group celebratory outing.

CAVA is honestly one of my favorite "quick but still feels healthy" spots. Everything tastes fresh, flavorful, and customizable without feeling boring. My favorite new place. I eat here 3-4 times a week. The harissa avocado bowl is the best. The line is always long but the bowl is so worth the wait. One thing about Cava is that the juices are home made. I love the pineapple apple with a splash of lemonade. Good healthy lunch for $17 is a good now a days. read more
