The food is good the prices are reasonable for what you get. I thought you would get a little more but since there's so many toppings in some of them it adds up! There's already bowls that come made a specific way which is what we've had the chicken and rightrice has been my factories! I don't get the vinaigrette I do the tahini Cesar and it's bomb. The lemonade options are really good as well. We did two bowls, pitta and a drink for about $25. The only bad thing is the service, they don't greet you and they have gotten my order wrong as it goes down the line from person to person and have had to remake it. Cava is definitely a must-try if you enjoy a healthy Mediterranean inspired meal, with customizable options! I almost always get a Chicken and Right Rice Bowl or a Balsamic Date Chicken bowl--both of which come with tender, flavorful grilled chicken and a greens/rice combo base. Personally, I like to add extra toppings like their roasted corn and pickled onions for extra flavor to top it off. My only complaint is that the service can be a bit slow at times and the online orders usually run a few minutes late, so just keep that in mind. But otherwise the staff is very friendly and the restaurant is clean and well-kept. Definitely recommend! read more

I decided to try Cava for the first time and made it in at 5:20, about 10 minutes before the dinner rush started. That turned out to be really lucky, because the service was as slow and depressing as the food was spicy and good. I decided try try the Chef-Curated Harissa Avocado Bowl, out was told by one of the two counter staffers that they were out of avocado, so I wouldn't be charged for it. I agreed, but then rather than building the "Chef-Curated Harissa Avocado Bowl", sans avocado, he just started asking me to choose dips, proteins, toppings and dressings. Basically, I got a "Build your own" and fortunately, that's what I was charged for. The food was delicious, the harissa chicken and dip had a good level of heat, the toppings were varied and flavorful and the portion was perfect. I'm just glad I got here when I did, because I watched 3 or 4 parties of people get tired of waiting on the line and simply leave. A third person finally came out to work the line and things began moving a bit faster. I would also hope that the staff training would include presenting a good attitude, because these guys all seemed pretty glum. If Cava works on it's staffing, it will get at least a 4 from me... I used to LOVE Cava, but I'm sad to say that the value has severely declined since they've expanded. The portions are now 1/2-2/3 the size of what they used to be, their prices have increased, and the service isn't great. Their employees aren't necessarily rude, but they are quite blunt and don't seem like they want to be there. Also, many items are upcharged now so it's almost impossible to order without accidentally choosing something that has an upcharge. For example, I ordered the lamb and apparently that's a $3 upcharge, which I didn't know until I got to the register. I understand that this is partially my fault for not reading this correctly when ordering; however, the employees should also make an effort to communicate this to customers. The fact that it wasn't even a lot of lamb stung even more. Keep in mind that some customers have anxiety and visual impairments. I've worked in a similar environment and when I did, I was always transparent with customers when they ordered items with an upcharge so they wouldn't be caught off guard. They didn't even give me my pita that's supposed to come with my bowl. I didn't realize this until I was already comfortable eating, and by that point, I just didn't want to deal with the employees anymore. The food tasted fine, but Cava overall just isn't good value anymore in my opinion. For the price, I'd rather go to Bolay or Fresh Kitchen. It stinks because I was really excited about their expansion, too. :/ read more

And all I can say is this place was amazing. I personally ordered the chicken and right rice and it was great! Feta cheese made it a little salty, but overall great combination of grains and greens. This is one of my new favorite lunch spots in Orlando. It's quick, the interior is well-designed, it's reasonably priced, and most importantly, the food is delicious. I've tried the Greek wrap as well as the lamb, and both were packed full of flavor. The ingredients are fresh, the portions are spot on, and their drinks are also amazing (I had the mint lemonade which was perfectly refreshing on a hot day and not too sweet). I was greeted upon entering and the young lady taking my order did a great job of explaining everything. I've always had a great experience at Cava, but not at this location. You walk in- you're greeted by silence and a death stare. There's a blonde girl who has her hair in two braids- she gave me the worst service I've ever had in my life. You go to a restaurant and ask for something, but you receive the complete opposite. Not because of a mistake. She basically made my whole order up for me. When I asked for my base, she gave me an attitude, on top of that, did not give me what I wanted. Moved on to another girl who did my toppings, and I wasn't even done with my base order. So I had to tell her to start from the beginning again. I felt rushed, unheard, and uncomfortable. Actually one of the worst experiences I've ever had at cava. I've been here twice and both times there has been an issue with the staff. It wasn't busy in there at all when I had showed up. My to-go order was said to be ready at 6:45pm and didn't end up being made till 7pm. I asked the girl at the counter if I could buy a lemonade and also get 2 sides of garlic dressing (THAT I WOULD PAY EXTRA FOR) and she immediately said no and that they're out. I said okay no worries and stepped aside, waiting for my to-go order as she continued to be on her phone. In the time that I was standing aside I heard a woman after me had ordered the garlic dressing for her bowl and the girl had to refill the bottle. Then multiple customers after me order the garlic dressing and since it's "refilled" they got it. But to my knowledge "they're out of it." That's just lazy, unacceptable and put a bad taste in my mouth. When we got our bowls 20 minutes later we saw that there was garlic dressing on top which meant that they were never out of it. ALSO I had paid an additional $2.75 for avocado to be added into my 3 bowls (which totals $8.25 for AVOCADO) and when we went to eat our bowls the avocado was so hard and inedible that we had to throw it out. ALSO we all had choose the option to add broccoli in our bowls and not one piece was in there. I love the food but the service just isn't worth it for me to ever go back again. read more

The bowl comes with two choices of dressing and when I ordered the garlic dressing online I wanted to get an additional side of the garlic sauce, but that wasn't an option. When I went for the counter, I asked to order an additional side of garlic sauce and they immediately responded saying they were out. However, right before me someone ordered the garlic dressing and she poured it for them. The bottle was just empty and she didn't want to refill it. When I received my bowl 20 minutes later after the pick up time, there was garlic dressing on it. So I know they had extra in the back. Foods okay this time, service is terrible. I came in today at around 2:25pm July 8th and wanted to order my usual. The blonde girl with the braided pigtails wearing a black hat with a V working who did the base scoops completely disregarded my request and gave me the ugliest most nastiest attitude and look I have ever received. I am allowed to get 2 scoops of my own choice of rices that were given and this blonde employee did not give me what rices I wanted and chose to ignore me which lead to my order being messed up. It was disgusting knowing workers like this still give customers this type of crap. Her attitude and manners are gonna be the reason why customers will not be coming back to this cava. Stumbled upon this place, and it was a great experience. They were having a soft opening and offering a free meal. I got a Greek chicken pita wrap, and it was really good. Very fresh mix of vegetables and chicken. My friend got a bowl that also looked great. A nice fast casual Mediterranean style place with a lot of healthy options. The staff was all very nice and attentive as well. They all seemed very excited to have guests and wanted to make sure everyone was enjoying their experience. We ordered some dressings on the side and didn't get half of them. We were supposed to have 6 different side dressings with our orders. We had 6 sides of dressing, 3 of one and 3 of the other.
