Don't eat here. We have eaten here twice and they have gotten our order wrong each time. Today they didn't add any of the dips to any of our four bowls and they put rotten avocado in our bowls. When I drove back to get a refund, they said I had to call Cava Support and they gave me a fake number. Cala and Autumn were incredibly disrespectful and rude. They should have done the right thing and refunded me for our entire order. The entire team at this Cava location needs to be replaced with people that check for quality control and know what customer service is. None of them are paying attention to what they're doing and they're too busy chit chatting to get the orders right. Autumn said she was going to give me the email address but instead she gave me this fake number. Shame on you!
Yes. Just yes. Nothing more to say rather than I know when I want something good to eat that's fast and semi-healthy, I can rely on Cava. Staff at this location is always so nice!! They have nice sitting area and it's always clean.
Spur of the moment stop while I was in the area. I've been wanting to check them out for some time now and finally had an opportunity to do so. They offer plenty of seating inside and out. However, it was very cold inside which most people would probably enjoy during the summer. I wish I had brought in my jacket. I ordered on the app before I walked in so that I could take my time looking through the options. Ordering in person here is very similar to ordering at Chipotle where you direct them with your base, mains, veggies and sauces. I arrived about minutes before my expected pickup time. There is a large rack where all of the pick up orders are at. After waiting about 10 minutes, I was asked for my name, along with another person who was waiting. Within a couple of minutes, the girl came out with our to go orders. I elected to eat in. Unfortunately, many of the tables were dirty but I managed to score a semi clean table. I feel like my bowl was lacking in quantity for the amount that I paid. If I had ordered in person, im positive there would've been almost double the amount based on the orders I saw while waiting for my food. Even the dressings were scarce. They were half full if that. I had to ask for more dressings which the girl happily accommodated me with full cups this time around. The BYO chicken bowl was flavorful. I would come back to try them again but likely at another of their locations.
Dear Cava, I want to love you, but you make it so difficult. You have such bold flavors and delicious bowls and wraps. That Tzaziki and Garlic Sauce just opens up my taste buds and entices me to want more of you. You can make a Cava experience so different every time. I could eat you every day but there's just something that's a little off-putting. But Cava, you just aren't hot any more, and that's a problem. I'm sure you were hot at the beginning of the day, but as the day goes on, you've grown cold and lifeless. Now mind you, it was only like 11:30, so you really let yourself go quick. Oh, and you charge extra for rice or lettuce in a wrap? GTFO of here, Cava. I think every other wrap in every other restaurant on earth HAS lettuce. Are you kidding me? Anyway, I hope you take this as constructive criticism and not a break-up. I want more of you, but I just can't right now. Maybe we can reconnect again someday. With Trepidations, -Joe S. My wife and I finally made it to Cava. Think Chipotle but Medditerean. I like how they have so many options and everything is customizable. They also have curated options if you're overwhelmed or just looking for an already fan favorite. The ambiance is casual, but the service is always great. You get a good bang for your buck here and you dont feel guilty about what you are eating. I can't wait to get it again, especially on the nights we don't feel like cooking!
I went to Cava for the first time and I was a little overwhelmed by all of the options. However, the staff was friendly and listed off their top bowls. I ordered the Marissa steak bowl with pita chips and it was delicious fresh ingredients served generously! The restaurant is nice, clean and has ample seating space.
Do NOT use mobile order! Your order will be half the size as if you ordered in person. My mistake, I didn't think I was coming to chipotle. Almost $12 for the bowl not to even make it to the first line is CRAZY. It really makes me rethink the order ahead feature, which will probably make me order less.
Mediterranean style cousine, healthy and fresh food with bold flavors. Staff is so friendly and welcoming. Great portions, customizable bowls with great protein selection hummus and salads. Clean environment. They also have a rewards programs you can sign up a earn points.
This place was recommended to us by a YouTuber who said it was one of the best restaurants to get when you are being healthy. We had to give it a try for ourselves. We created our own bowls. I had rice and baby spinach as my base, two different kinds of chicken as my protein and a various selection of toppings and hummus/sauces. We got our bowls super fast, everything looked so fresh and clean in the store we well. We did get there shortly after they opened. The workers were kind. I do wish they were a bit more helpful being I told them it was our first time there and was hoping to be walked through everything a bit more. The one single thing my husband and I did not like was the price. We paid $40 for two bowls and one small drink to share. We thought that was quite pricey. HOWEVER, the taste was AMAZING! So many flavors! We loved it very much. We will absolutely be back for the fresh, healthier options, and delicious flavors.
My favorite local store of the Cava chain is this location because of their service, ample seating, and solid ingredients. If you're familiar with fast casual fare where one walks in a line along a plexiglass protected counter that overlooks an array of ingredients, you'll feel comfortable with the Cava experience. What separates Cava is their focus on quality Mediterranean ingredients. Recently they added Steak Mezze to their line up of grilled chicken, lamb, and falafels. I love the fact that I can split the base of my BYO bowl with greens and grains. The options continue with the types of hummus and tzatkiki, toppings, and vinaigrettes for free and premium toppings as well. Pitas and a kids meal are available and drinks range from in-house made to fountain soda to canned. I appreciate the service at this location due to the friendliness and portion size. Other locations seem to be a bit stingy but the servings here are more what you'd hope to expect for the price. Not heaping but not slimming on the figure either. A side note on the parking lot. The store is not a "stand-alone" and the shopping center (if you will) is one that contains many restaurants, retail stores, and services. I found myself a bit confused by the parking lot layout by Cava the first couple times. Factor in time to figure it out to reduce potential frustration, or if you're willing to walk, park a little further away and get your steps in.

The bowls are delicious! Love this place when you're on-the-go. Their online ordering option makes it ideal for deciding on how to customize your order. The cool thing about online ordering is that you can see a picture for each menu item, and you are provided with plenty of options to mix and match. Once your order is ready there is a dedicated pick-up spot inside where you don't have to wait on staff. Even if you do decide to dine in, their line moves pretty fast. Generous seating inside and outdoor seating options as well. Protein and ingredients taste fresh and portions are perfect in my opinion. For this order, I got the "Steak + Harissa" and paid $15.82. Plenty of free parking available in this shopping plaza.
I really miss Zoe's Kitchen and Cava just doesn't cut it as a replacement for me. I've been a few times and everything just kinda tastes like "mush". Paired with service that is almost completely non-existent and tables that don't ever seem to be clean - it's not a place I want to frequent. Finally checked this place out after seeing it on my Insta feed constantly. They are open in the old Zoë Kitchen spot off of Lee road. They have a similarly "down the line" service style as Chipotle, but with mediterranean inspired flavors. The set up is nice, and the options are good, but the value for the price is a bit lacking. The portions are on the smaller side (my experience with the person who served me). The flavors are pretty good. I got a bowl with rice, roasted eggplant, veggies and the honey chicken. I wish it came with more of the eggplant dip. The service was pretty standard. The people at the counter were friendly enough and helped with suggestions. Maybe next time the portions will be larger? I'll give you guys a bother chance eventually. read more

Today was my third visit to CAVA. The pita chips, lamb meatballs, steak, hummus, and drink bar are worth the trip, but Chris was the real star of this visit and the reason I'll keep coming back. Chris was thoughtful, patient, and genuinely interested in me enjoying my food and experience. He offered suggestions and even provided samples when I mentioned I hadn't had the lamb or chicken. "Take your time. No pressure," he kept saying, again and again. I assumed he could afford to be so nice because it wasn't lunchtime yet and the restaurant wasn't that busy, but as I sit here watching the restaurant fill up, he is just as kind and attentive with every customer. CAVA, as a former service trainer....trust me. You have a one-of-a-kind gem in your midsts. Make this guy the head of training and employee development. read more
I'm not much for chainy counter service restaurants but Cava is definitely different and one I'd go back to. You can opt for bowls or pita wraps, and can build your own with a base (rice or greens), up to 3 dips, a protein and UNLIMITED toppings. I opted for one of the chef creations Harissa avocado bowl with honey chicken ($14) and it slaps. The serving size was super generous, the ingredients were all tasty and fresh and somehow the mix of spicy /Mediterranean just worked. I stopped by for lunch on Friday, November 18, 2022. The restaurant is a company-owned location of the Cava Group who bought out the Zoes Kitchen chain in 2018. Similar to to Zoes, the restaurant serves fast-casual Mediterranean food. On this date, I ordered the Harissa Avocado Bowl which consists of Harissa honey chicken, hot harissa vinaigrette, feta, hummus, corn, avocado and rice. The bowl just had enough spice to add a nice kick without being so overly spicy where I couldn't enjoy what I was eating. I've had other items on their menu and they've all been delicious and tasty. Cava provides a fast, healthy and reasonably priced alternative for the lunch and dinner crowd. read more
I am so glad I finally stopped by! I had been looking for a good healthy salad place and I was pleasantly surprised! The store has an modern and open concept with inside and outside seating. You get in line to start assembling your order. You can build you own bowl or pita or you can select from the ones listed on the menu. It was my first time here and I went by the staff suggestion of building my own bowl. There are plenty of choices for your base, sauces, toppings, protein and dressings. The harissa chicken is delicious and spicy! The balsamic date vinaigrette is a good way to offset the spice and get some sweetness into the saltiness :) They also have freshly made flavored lemonades that are refreshing and delicious. The cucumber mint, the pineapple apple mint and the blueberry lavender all tasted great and not overly sweet. I will definitely be back and it will be one of my go to's for a healthy and tasty meal. read more
Cava is finally here! I have waiting ever since having in Austin years ago. I went with a "pre-made" bowl, the Harissa Avocado Bowl. It was very fresh and packed with flavor and spicy! I appreciate that the Harissa actually has a bit of a kick, unlike some similar places in Orlando. The build your own is also a great option and you can load up on the toppings. I ordered via mobile, which is easy but had to wait over 30mins past my slotted pickup time. Hope they can work that out moving forward. I know they only opened a few weeks ago. There were about 10 of us waiting and some longer than I had. Ironically I saw the sign on the way out and really hope one day it is true. It would have been nice if a manager or someone would have given updates or offered a beverage, etc. A few of us ended up asking for water. The staff was friendly as people periodically checked in on their orders but they couldn't give any answers. I will happily give a 5th star if this is better my next visit. Check them out! read more
Cava is hands down amazing! It is a cleaner eating version of Chipotle. You pick what you want or order off the menu and enjoy! The staff were friendly and patient. They explained the items to me, even though there were names on the glass. They didn't rush me either, which felt great. The ingredients were fresh and so tasty. I recommend this for a quick bite, that's tasty and priced well. read more

My go to place for lunch/dinner, I lost most of my weight spending my money here and I have no problem with that. The different varieties that they have and the freshness they offer is chefs kiss. This location is my favorite I've been to other locations and they don't fill your bowl as they should. Here the service is great as well and they have plenty of room for a gathering. The bowls are about 11 bucks and with a drink and pita chips it usually comes to 16 bucks read more

I made a build your own bowl and enjoyed every bite! I love the unique ingredients and even though the meat ball portion is only 4, it's definitely enough for left overs! I recommend the harissa and tahini dressing drizzled on top. Also the try the crispy and freshly fried pita chips! Staff are friendly and the natural light coming through the big windows both make for a nice casual lunch spot!! read more

I was introduced to Cava in DC when I was visiting my sister. I was super excited to hear that they opened about two weeks ago. Since then I've gone three times. The food is good and is basically a Mediterranean chipotle. However, the portions are smaller than what I've seen up north (I think this is also mentioned in reviews before mine). It's a little disappointing when your bowl base is a skimpy portion of greens and rice. Service is pretty good, except today when the employees did not seem very excited to be working. Overall, I'm still glad they opened a location in Florida but hope they adjust their portion sizes to their prices. read more

We tried this place for the first time and it was delicious! It was reasonably priced with the bowls 12-14 dollars with additional add ons. The pita chip cost an additional two dollar both it is worth it. The chips were soft and crunchy they were delicious! The bowl is very similar to chipotle but for a Mediterranean vibe!!!. The food was fresh and so were its ingredients. The order the ready for pickup as I ordered through the app. Will return in the future! read more
This might just be my new favorite place! I love bowls that you can customize, but I love them even more when the items to pick from are fresh and healthy! Cava has so many nutritious and delicious options to pick from. I opted for a Cava favorite as it was my first time, I went with the harissa bowl, spicy, savory, and so filling I took half of it home to finish later! This place also has a lot of seating and service is pretty quick and efficient when in line. I can definitely see myself coming back whenever I'm in the area! read more

I'm so happy we finally have one in the Orlando area, as this is a known place in DC. The food was just as good as I remember. However, I don't recall paying extra for certain meats, and they definitely don't give portion sizes like DC. I paid about $13 for my mixed lettuce/lentil bowl. Lots of toppings to choose from, just be aware some toppings are extra. read more
I love bowls and was excited to try Cava. They have a wide selection to choose from to make your own bowl or pita. I like the Mediterranean style because it's unique and different compared to a typical fast food bowl place like Chipotle. For my bowl, I got the basmati rice, tzatziki sauce, harissa sauce, grilled chicken, and a variety of toppings like fire roasted corn, tomatoes, pickles, cucumbers, olives and feta. I topped it all off with the lemon herb tahini sauce which I enjoyed a lot. I like how you can have as many toppings as you want. For some of the options for the bowl, you do have to pay extra if you want them like the avocado, spicy lamb meatball and braised lamb. I had leftovers from my bowl and the staff was friendly. I love Cava! I've been going to Cava when I lived in Washington, DC for years and I'm happy to have one here in Orlando! The only difference is I feel they have a smaller selection of grains here. I had the lemon chicken bowl and it was delicious. I did think that they added a lot of the lemon dressing and it was acidic and the bottom bits at the end of the bowl were swimming in it. Overall it's a healthy alternative for a lunch break. This was one of their suggested bowls but you also have the option to build your own bowl and select which toppings and dressings you want, which I think I'll do next time. read more
I first tried Cava while in Boston and was so pumped when they opened up in Orlando last year. I love a quick healthy fast-food option and I'm so into the variety of flavors at Cava. There are endless options for bowls and I think I could eat it nearly every day. The quality of ingredients makes the prices extremely reasonable. However, the last two times I've been to this location I've been disappointed with service. Prior, there was a server at the "bases" point, protein point, and sauces/toppings point. Now there is only one who is also packing online orders which is disappointing to people in line that feel ignored. Ultimately we go to Cava because it should be a speedy option. At lunch people drop by that need to get their bowl and go. This pace is not reasonable. I'm thinking they must have a hiring issue, so I hope it is resolved and that the process smooths out. My Order (perfection in my eyes!): Saffron Basmati Super Greens 2 scoops Crazy Feta 1 scoop Traditional Hummus Harissa Chicken Kalamata Olives Pickled Onions Cucumbers Garlic Dressing I appreciate the open, clean, modern atmosphere at Cava. It's generally not very loud and has a bar looking outside which I enjoy sitting at when going along. I will also mention, parking can be difficult if you go at prime time (noon or 6:30/7) Regardless, I go regularly and LOVE my Cava bowls! PS - Try the Blueberry Lavender tea!! I would call this place the upgraded and better quality version of Chipotle with a Mediterranean taste. We ordered a signature bowl they had but you're able to customize and build your own bowls. The portions were awesome and the juices taste really natural (they're in house). Overall a great place and they have outdoor seating. 10/10 recommend! read more
CAVA has lots of fresh veggies that taste great in every dish. I consistently order chicken - it's a classic and tasty choice. Falafel could be a little dry. Overall, CAVA is a place where you can get a tasty and healthy meal. I highly recommend it for anyone who wants a good, wholesome lunch or dinner. read more

Venue*** standard venue, things were pretty clean only thing was a couple of tables were broken Service**** the line moved pretty quickly, the cashier at the end was polite Food**** I enjoy 90% of the food I get here. Everything is bursting with flavor. The green cabbage this time around had some pretty large chunks in it though and beware the upcharge for the avocado is pretty hefty. Outside of that the food is pretty awesome, gluten free, grain free, dairy free, you can make it all happen here. My recommendation, build your own bowl, they make it pretty easy. read more

This is definitely an acquired taste kind of place. The location is pretty big and the staff were nice. It's like a bigger Mediterranean chipotle. I got the make your own bowl. It was good. I tried a few things I never had before, like falafel and cabbage slaw which were really good. I liked the sweet potatoes and the sauces/dressings they offered. I didn't like the pickles tho; though they were salt brined; they were a bit too salty for me. If you order online they offer the pita chips for free but definitely not in store I'd try it again; but probably just for the falafel. If you like Mediterranean food this is the place for you. It has tons of options and the price is decent for fresh food. read more

OMGGG yum!!! Only been here once, but I will definitely be back. It was a little intimidating ordering for the first time, not knowing how their system works, but they were kind enough to guide us through. I had the Greek salad with rice and chicken. Added yogurt dressing, tzatziki and garlic sauce. It was so fresh and delicious. Very filling and large portion for $12. Great for a healthy and affordable bite out. read more

Food was delicious and surprisingly filling. They make sure to pack your bowl up nice unlike chipotle. Staff was quick and polite. Inside setting is nice and simple with plenty tables. Price might be a little higher than you might expect but if you make your own bowl its a lot cheaper. Highly recommend for good quality yummy food read more
