    cava bowl!
    Lindsey D.

I love me some Cava. This CAVA gets packed at lunch, but somehow I've never had trouble finding a parking spot (even though the lot looks tiny). I usually grab one of the signature bowls. They make it so easy, and every single one I've tried has been fresh, colorful, and full of flavor. Now I'm craving one again. haha The drink options are such a win too! That cucumber drink? Dreamy. I'd come back just for that. There's a little outdoor seating area, but I always end up inside. Busy or not, it's totally worth it. Highly recommend!

Stopped here for my dinner before class, and it hit the spot. This time I ordered the shredded lamb and it was good but should've ordered the lamb meatballs they are my favorite. I chose the rice this time instead of salad. The bowls are so filling it made 2 meals for me.

I love me a good Cava bowl. I typically get mixed greens and grains bowl (saffron rice or the black lentils), with hot honey chicken. My go to condiments/toppings: red pepper hummus, eggplant dip, pickled onions, cabbage slaw, tomato & cucumber, feta cheese, pita chips and yogurt dill sauce. I love it!

We visited this location and had a business meeting, the manager was comical and helpful! Our food was delicious, will be back again!

    Harissa Avocado Bowl

I've tried nearly every bowl on CAVA's menu and the Harissa Avocado Bowl is the one I keep coming back to. The spicy harissa-honey chicken pairs perfectly with the coolness of the avocado and the lemony hummus--it's a flavor roller-coaster that somehow stays balanced. Portion size is generous (I'm always full but never weighed down), and the toppings are super fresh; the pickled onions and crunchy pita crisps add great texture. Pro tip: ask for a drizzle of extra garlic dressing if you like a little zing. Service at this location was fast--my order was ready in under five minutes during the lunch rush--and the staff double-checked allergies without me asking. Clean dining area, plenty of parking, and easy mobile pickup shelves if you're in a hurry. If you enjoy bold Mediterranean flavors with a spicy kick, this bowl is a must-try. I'm already plotting my next visit!

This was a great place for a healthy and highly customizable meal. There are also preset bowls if you would prefer that as well. I opted for customizing my own bowl that also came with a pita bread. I chose half brown rice and supergreens for my grains. For dips/sauces, I got the tzatziki and roasted eggplant. I chose the fire roasted corn, tomato & onion, pita crisps, shredded romaine lettuce, and the pita crisps. I then topped it off with the lemon herb tahini dressing. Overall, I was very delighted by my choices and the flavors were amazing with every bite. The portion size was also very super filling. The service was fairly good. The staff were patient with me and let me take my time to look at the menu before choosing what I desired as it was my first time dining in. The establishment is fairly spacious with both indoor and outdoor seating.

The serving size is disappointing for the price.

The serving size is disappointing for the price paid. Will not spend my money here again.

Food:5/5 Service:2/5 I've held this in long enough so I just want to share my experience. Cava, why oh WHY do you offer free pita bread if almost 85% of the time your employees don't even offer it to the customers?!?!? I can't tell you how many times I've visited your store and was never even offered the pita bread. Additionally, if a customer orders Cava for delivery on any app and requests the free pita bread via a selection in the app... well, expect to not receive it. Just like me. Imho why even offer it then? People love your pita bread but repetitive false promises are just disheartening. That's it for now.

+Good fresh food. +Sauces were flavorful. +Quick service -Seeming impatient workers when I was deciding what to put in my bowl. -No white chicken available. -No beef. I will return because it was sooo delish and flavorful.

Discarded food and garbage. Dirty dinning area. Gross.

Update... business reached out and is taking measures to fix the problem. I say give them a chance.. as they are responding to their customers. Eating on Saturday night at 1900. Not extremely busy. Dinning area was dirt, floor and tables. Every table top had food and smears on it. The floor was littered with food and discarded napkins etc. The food servers were friendly, however they did not have many of the toppings available. Ordered a meatball pita... no meatballs. Waited for them to cook some. Service is usually pretty good. However today it was slow and dirty. Hope it is not a trend. Dissatisfied and disappointed.

Love the ability to create your own power bowl. Vegan options are great!!! The white sauce (I do not remember the name) is superb! Get it!

I have had almost everything on the menu and everything is delicious. Some of my favorites are the lamb shank and kabobs, chicken and beef shawarma, spicy hummus, fried cauliflower and cucumber salad. I like to eat there because it's rarely crowded when I go and it has a peaceful, calm vibe where I can sit and relax. There is usually a steady stream of customers picking up food to take out and occasionally a few will dine in. The workers are very polite, friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Arabella's if you are in the area!

First time visit to this Mediterranean restaurant…read more Its a small but decent place with good spread that includes all hummus, baba ganoush, falafels, and also French fries. The fries and falafels came hot and crispy. Those were a big plus points. I got myself a platter. I asked the guy that I was a vegetarian, what would he recommend. I don't think he really understood because he started rattling off all the meat options available for entrees, I had to stop him and remind him that I was a vegetarian- the no meat kind .... Finally, ordered the platter. The platter is a choice of 5 options, and can include 2 falafels as one of the option. I chose pasta, lentil salad, cauliflower carrot salad, quinoa side and falafels. I was also curious about their fries. It was made hot and they used their Mediterranean spices to make it more flavorful - that did make a difference. The cost was $16 for the platter and another $6 for fries. Am not really sure how I feel about the price. Ambience was that of an open kitchen concept. I, being a vegetarian was a uncomfortable with the sight of meat display, but I guess thats not something most would care about, and would call it cozy. Their options are good. And they have plenty for vegetarians too. Thats not very common.

So slow we could've gone to another restaurant, been sat, and eaten a meal before we ate our meal here. When we walked in, there was only another table or two seated inside so we were like okay not busy, we'll be in and out, but that was far from the case. There was only one server that night that did almost literally everything, and it was hard to find or flag her down. More people were starting to come in and to our dismay THEIR orders were being taken first after we'd been ready and just sitting there for literally more than 15-20 minutes. Ridiculous is an understatement; we were also sitting right in front of the kitchen so I don't understand how she kept passing by us without batting an eye. There were tables that came after us and left before us, truly disappointing. At one point when we were finally able to get her attention, she said "let me drop this water off and I'll be right back." Spoiler alert - she didn't. She dropped it off and went to tend to other tables before finally coming back to us. Besides all of that, the food was good and eased our frustration a little bit. We ordered the trio dip as a starter and circling back to the service complaint for a second, we thought she would've put it in before more guests started pouring in, but she didn't!! So we were left waiting with no food whatsoever, everything ended up coming out at the same time. Anyway, moving on - the food was seasoned very well, and the flavor was all there, perfect and just the way I expected. It satisfied my cravings and I have no complaints about that. Overall, I think the establishment could be a little better. It's not a huge dining area so I didn't expect service to take that long. I don't mean to be harsh and I understand there was only one server, but I don't remember waiting so long for my order to be taken at a restaurant. We were there for definitely more than 1 hour 50 minutes for a party of 2. I look forward to eating here again but perhaps another location.

Lines of people waiting in all sorts of weather for some chicken and rice speaks to why they were so popular Then they went on this massive expansion all around the country. I was more than excited when they opened up shop in my hood. This Halal Guys is located in a shopping center right off 288 but kind of hidden. I think a street facing space would benefit them. Parking is always plentiful. My visits here have always been pleasant with great customer service. Halal Guys is known for their famous platters of chicken and rice or lamb or beef and rice. They also have falafel if you want to go vegetarian. Now that they have brick and mortars, they have lots of other options like wraps, loaded fries, and wings. I never steer away from the OG platter. It comes with a base of seasoned rice, lettuce and tomatoes, protein of choice and their famous white and hot sauce. In the carts they slather the sauces on, but now you can get packs of sauce to dress your own. Be very careful with the hot sauce as it packs some delicious, but very spicy heat. You can also add additional toppings like peppers, onions, jalapenos and olives. The platters can look deceiving and may not look big, but you can easily have two meals off a regular platter. I typically go chicken for my protein, but you can't sleep on the beef gyro or lamb. Mix everything together and you have a perfect bite of deliciousness. I've had a few of their brick and mortar locations, but nothing compares to getting it from the food cart on the streets of NYC. These days, there is alot of similar type restaurants all over, but my heart belongs to Halal Guys. I will definitely be back.
