Terrible customer service. As soon as I walked in I wasn't greeted at all. As soon as the lady saw me she immediately told me what do I want in a very rude way and was rushing me throughout the whole time I was there. She didn't give me a chance to think and see what I wanted to order and she wanted to charge me over $20 for a bowl and a small drink. This is unacceptable at all. Awful Place. Don't get the hype. Should be removed from the food bourt immediately. You'd have to be a crazy person to pick this over any of the other amazing options. I visited CAVA today and I received great services from Vernita, she was kind, polite, friendly and most of all, very pleasant. It was busy but the services received was fantastic. My meal was delicious although I did not dine in as I purchased my meal to go because I wanted to enjoy eating it in the privacy of my home. I will return to CAVA because I really LOVE the food there and I pass along the good news to others about my experience there. Ordered a chicken build your own bowl on u er eats and they forgot the chicken so I just got a bowl of random vegetables. Also the black rice lentils were so hard and undercooked I felt like I was eating rocks. Never ordering from here again. You're better off getting a gyro bowl from the food truck on the street. read more

The only reason I even gave this two stars is because the food (which is due to the larger corporation) was pretty good. The service was horrendously slow. There was only one person in line in front of me, and it took 15 minutes to get my food. While ordering, the employee was visibly high and extremely rude. She also refused to let me order items that were explicitly on the menu and available in front of her. When I asked for my dip on the side you would have thought I asked her to do a cartwheel. Will never return to this Cava location again. Now I know why it was the only restaurant on a Saturday night on Broadway with no line. read more

Last night I stumbled in 10 mins before their closing time STARVING and hoping they were still serving. I knew walking in that I was "that person" and I felt really bad -- BUT the staff was just incredible and served me with nothing but smiles and even added extra stuff to my bowl, just to make me smile. I usually have great customer service at Cava but today I ordered a bowl ahead of time on the app and the lettuce was incorrect for my customization. I politely told them it was incorrect and they asked if I wanted my bowl remade. I said that would be great and the worker putting the bowls together proceeded to put a handful of arugula and spinach on top of my salad and hand it to me without a word. read more

I love Cava but this location is the WORST. On three occasions over the last month, I have placed an order online and driven 20 minutes to pick up my food, only to find that the majority of the ingredients I ordered are missing. I paid for avocado on two bowls and it was missing on both, no corn, no fresno peppers, no cabbage slaw, no pickled red onions, no feta, undercooked rice that was so crunchy the entire bowl was inedible, and the list goes on. This location does not update their online ordering system if they're out of ingredients, nor do they make any effort to contact you about ingredients being out. One of my orders was supposed to be a salad with avocado, chicken, tomatoes, feta, pickled red onion, cucumber, falafel and dressing. What I actually received was a small handful of lettuce with dressing. and I've emailed their corporate offices and was assured that this would be addressed with this location but obviously, that hasn't helped. I love Cava's Green Hills location and will only go there from now on. read more

The visit was ok. The food was healthy and they had some variety in terms of the food. However, the service could use some improvement. When I order the bowl, the person making me the bowl wasn't even wearing any gloves and was handling the food without care. The avocado even touch their hand and she didn't seem to care. It was clear that she was in a rush, and the bowl was half-full. The annoying part was that all the rest of employees were wearing gloves and she noticed that, but she still didn't use them. It's unsanitary, especially during these times. I hope this gets taken care of, since it makes one think twice about going there again. read more
