H*ly f*cling sh*t. The amibiance, the decor, I'm trying to decide which I like more. This might have been the best dining experience of my entire lifetime. I walk in the doors on a sunny handsome Tuesday afternoon, and I am greeted by smile three smiling faces. First I had my lovely lady ask if I wanted hwhite rice or brown rice. i promptly made it decision and my bowl was passed to the handsome gentlemen who asked "what dips can i get for you brotha?" honestly at this point of the experience i knew i was in for something speacial. next the meat woman asked me what meat i wanted and gave me an exceptional proportion. not only that, but she asked my fren behind me what he wanted and was preforming both tasks swiftly like a well oiled machine. lastly, to top it all off, a lovely beautiful princess asked me how was i doing amd we conversed about the lovely weather outside. she made me feel like i was at home, but i was at cava. on our way out she told us to have a great day and enjoy our meals. cava. I could eat here daily. I generally go for the build your own bowl. I love it because they have so much more than just lettuce. I get spinach leaves, arugula, or a mix. There are SO many different protein choices, along with roasted vegetables, and there are several fresh veggie extras to choose from. You HAVE to try to crazy feta. I love how it lists all the items and their calorie count for decisions. I like the concept where you can make your own bowl/wrap/etc to suit diff people... this bone offers fresher and healthier choices then some either similar concepts. The restaurant has a clean feel- it could be described as bare, but I'm that's the popular aesthetic! One thing I learned at another visit is they don't have salt/pepper. once someone commented I was with they wanted reel silverware and there wasn't any... They allow multiple selections or half-portions, so you can sample many of their offerings when you build your own bowl. My greens+grains bowl was phenomenal. We arrived at 2:15pm on a Saturday, and customers were lined to the door and beyond for the entire time that we dined in. The staff were friendly, helpful with explaining all their choices, in a relaxed, non-rushed atmosphere.
