Wow, I really slept on Cava! They have already made a repeat customer out of me in less than a week's time. It's *that good*! From the moment I walked in, I just knew it was a winner. The smell of the delicious flavors they offer hit you as soon as you step through the door! I had read many good reviews here from trustworthy sources and kept telling myself I needed to check it out but kept putting it off. Well let's just say, I've made up for lost time this past week! Those grain bowls and pita chips keep me coming back! Lesson learned. So far my favorite has been the saffron rice bowl with the harissa honey chicken. I load it up with three dips and tons of fresh toppings. Best dips so far have been the red pepper hummus, tzatziki, and crazy feta although that may be tied with the eggplant at this point. I love that you can get as many toppings as you like and even adjust more or less of certain items to suit your taste. And then top it all off with one of their delicious dressings. Heaven! And let me tell you, it is a TON of food. I can easily make two if not three meals off of one bowl. Plus it heats up great which is not always the case with leftovers. I've got to make a special paragraph dedicated to those pita chips alone. Get them! Just trust me! They are so crispy, yet soft, and flavorful. Especially when they are fresh and still warm. I don't know what they season them with or how they crisp them up but there is no way I can visit this place and not get some. Plus for just a few bucks, they really pack the little bags full of them. It's perfect to scooping the bowl or some of the dips. Or heck, just eating as a snack by themselves! And one more special mention goes out to the seasonal juices- namely the strawberry lemonade I have enjoyed on every trip thus far. It is so sweet and refreshing. Perfect strawberry flavor and obviously freshly made. Definitely the icing on top of an already delicious meal. Another win thanks to Yelp! Ordered from here expecting another lackluster to go salad but was pleasantly surprised. I did a build your own salad. Was a bit confused about the different greens (what are supergreens?! What are splendidgreens?!) so I opted for spinach. The salad was fresh and plentiful. Tons of greens and veggies. I loved the corn salsa and tomatoes, lentils, crazy feta (why it crazy tho) and taboli. Their falafel and hummus is a win with homemade feel's and awesome flavors. OH MY STARS!!! My daughter and I ordered take out from here today and OH BOY! I built my own Greens and Grains bowl: Romaine lettuce and Saffron Basmati rice, Harissa honey chicken, pita chips, crumbled Feta, Tzatziki sauce, cucumber and tomato, and fire roasted corn, Add ons are FREE and you can get as many as you want. I also ordered 3 dressings on the side: Hot Harissa Vinaigrette, Tahini Caesar, Yogurt Dill. The only dressing I didn't like was the Caesar. It was bitter. The bowl was large and more than enough for 1 person. The freshness was off the chart! I like spicy food but this had just the right amount of heat for me. The Harissa chicken had heat but it was not too spicy. The yogurt dill and Harissa Vinaigrette blended perfectly with this bowl. All of this for about $12! I came here for lunch with my wife around 12:30 pm, it was pretty busy and I would say there were about 10-15 people in front of us. The line moved fairly quickly and we were up in about 10 minutes. This is my third time here and I have experienced consistent friendly service and food quality. The person taking our order verbally confirmed what we requested to make sure we are getting the correct meal & toppings that we wanted. I ordered the sweet and spicey chicken pita and it was very good. It's a pretty big portion and they didn't skimp on the chicken. This is one of my favorite lunch spots near Wendover ave. We also came here with our kids last time and I didn't think they would like it because of how resistant they are to trying new food places but I was surprised that they enjoyed their meals. I was a huge Zoe's Kitchen fan so was more than a little sad when they closed both of their Greensboro locations. CAVA bought them out so the Wendover store opened back up as CAVA. I had read some reviews on their Winston location so decided to check them out. FANTASTIC! There are so many options to build your own bowl or choose one of their creations. I love that they don't nickel and dime you to death with each topping, they are all included! I just kept telling the lovely girl making my bowl to add this, add that and that! The sauces were awesome and really topped it off perfectly. I can't wait for the Friendly store to open as it's much closer to me but the drive over to Wendover is totally worth it. I love this place! Fresh Mediterranean inspired cuisine in a fast casual setting. I always get a salad with half Romaine and half super greens, harissa chicken, cucumbers, cabbage slaw, corn salsa, feta cheese and tahini Caesar dressing and harissa vinaigrette. The flavors are delicious and mix so well, while also being very healthy. When I want a healthy but filling meal this place is my go to. I highly recommend it. CAVA I LOVE YOU! We were lucky enough to come on Cava's Wendover Community Night. Cava is doing so many things right. All of the produce is fresh, the avocado was exceptional. The assembly line was down to a science. The staff was welcoming and so friendly. Absolutely willing to offer suggestions and substitutions. They are running like a well oiled machine already!! The harissa honey chicken is spicy but not overwhelming, cannot recommend that enough if you like a smooth heat! The other protein options look great, can't wait to go back for the falafel! It is consistently delicious and you leave feeling full but not full of guilt because it is one of the healthiest quick food places you can f When we arrived at Cava, it was pouring and I mean POURING down rain! It was insane and we just wanted something quick fo eat. The person who took our order was, I can only assume, the manager. He knew absolutely everything about the menu. Their avocados had arrived not ripe and he refused to serve these avocados to guests. So he made some suggestions for us, as we both neither really knew much about the menu. Woah....can't believe i slept on this spot. Didn't take a picture because I was famished and to be honest the food looked so delicious and I ate it so fast I'm both upset the experience was over and super full. I had a bowl with half basmati rice and spledidgreens salad. The rice was perfectly cooked and the salad very fresh. I got the Harris spread, double Harrissa Chicken, lots of pickled onions, corn, lentils, and tomatoes. I topped all that off with the garlic spread and the shuk dressings. Everything was incredibly good. I found a spot I'll be visiting very very often. Highly recommend 10/10 read more

Finally found myself to some delicious CAVA. Wow! What a fresh treat! This is the Chipotle of Greek food! Build your bowl and get everything you want. However, I got the falafel and I think it disintegrated but that's okay. I'll try the honey harissa chicken next time. Everything else was amazing! The flavors were awesome. But order extra pita. If you have not made your way to Cava, you are missing out! So today was my second time having the Greek salad. The first time was right before closing and it was just as amazing! Which if we're being real, rarely happens because people want to go home and quality usually goes down. Not at Cava! I went back today because if right before closing is amazing, lunch time is probably phenomenal. I arrived at around 12:45pm to pick up lunch for myself and my husband (who is a very picky salad eater). There was no line. The staff were patient because I had to accommodate my picky husband and make sure I got the ingredients correctly for him. Lol. I got the Greek Salad for both of us. We swapped the hummus for crazy feta spread. We got pita chips on the side. The salad was delicious with just the right amount of dressing. The flavors were so delicious. This was my first time visiting. The layout of the place is very modern and gives off relaxed vibes. I was clearly a newbie and the staff was nicely giving me help and letting me know what/how many of each thing I could choose. You choose a base, protein, spreads, toppings and dressing. I got saffron rice (probably the best I've had- seriously!) with "super greens", and I did half-and-half protein- grilled chicken and falafel (no extra charge for choosing two proteins) and an assortment of toppings and topped it with garlic dressing. It was SO delicious!! It comes with pita which was warm and soft! Perfect! Everything was so flavorful and fresh! The price was $10 and some change which I think is every fair considering the assortment of options and how delicious it is! I typically order a rice bowl with the Brown Basmati Rice and harissa honey chicken, and then the toppings of my choice. The Harissa honey chicken is so good!
