We were served by someone named Racquel, who claimed to be the "manager for now." Her behavior was aggressive, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. We are vegetarians, yet she handed us bags containing beef, pork, and chicken. When we tried to explain our dietary restrictions, she said, "I decide what you get in Too Good To Go." We even followed up with a call, but nothing was resolved. To make matters worse, she told us, "Your reviews don't scare us--I'll do what I want." This kind of attitude is unacceptable, especially in a restaurant that promotes sustainability and customer care. I'm usually a generous reviewer, but this was by far the worst experience I've ever had. If you value respectful service and safe food practices, stay away from this location at all costs. read more

I'm surprised at these higher reviews. I've been to many different CAVA locations before, but this is the far worst due to missing parts of my order. I came here for my lunch break today and even ordered online, (and the sticker on my bowl had everything printed out that I had chosen). not sure if they don't check the orders online, but my order came out wrong. When I went to eat the bowl, it was missing a lot of things: lentils, cabbage (that I asked for double for both) egg plant dip, tzatziki.... The list goes on. I'm super disappointed in this location and it feels like a waste that I spent money here today initially excited to eat my custom bowl, only to have an incomplete order with missing items. read more

I just ordered from Cava, and they won't call me back or answer the phone. A manager told me to call back to add rice on my pita because they didn't have an option to do so. So, after I placed my order, I called 7 times and no answer. I feel that I should receive at least a call back, but I still haven't so make sure before the order is placed that everything you want is on there and make sure if you want rice on your pita to tell them before your order because they will not call you back. read more

We had Cava for dinner last night. My son asked for steak and ended up with lamb, At 4 am this morning he ended up with food poisoning and is still sick. He has not been sick prior to this. We called in to let them know the situation. The manager was rude and chose not to listen that my son was sick from one of their meals. She told us how perfect everything is and that it couldn't happen there. To get a refund she asked for a Dr. notes that he had food poisoning. We have enjoyed Cava in the past but with this experience I will no longer be going to this location. I ordered through the app as I have done several time before. I was charged the full amount, had proof of the transaction date, time, stamped, had the alert in the app and proof order was received. I had a receipt in the app but did not receive an emailed copy with number etc. Not sure why. Logging into my account however it did show a receipt, but manager would not look at it, argued with me at the pickup counter in front of other customers that there was no date, when I pointed out the date and time stamp still refused to complete my order. Staff and Manager completely dismissive and not helpful. I asked for customer support contact and was told very passive aggressively "look it up on the website, have a nice day". Now I'm out $70 and did not receive dinner for my kids. Needless to say we will NOT be returning and reported to the BBB. I expect a refund for the food you did not render. read more

Been meaning to visit CAVA for some time - several of my friends really like the place. Finally stopped in with friends to eat dinner one evening - before catching a film down the street at Regal. I opted for a custom bowl of greens and veggies - and the spicy lamb meatballs. The whole thing was rather tasty - I just wish one got more than four small meatballs by default. I suppose next time I will have to request a double order on the meatballs. It reminds me of a Chipotle or Sweet Green - with the "assemble your own" bowl approach to food.
