    Hot honey chicken pita
    Emma S.

Stopped in after shopping while waiting for our movie to start. Had the Hot Honey Chicken Pita. Would I have it again. I don't think so. I would come in and try the Greek Chicken Salad. The restaurant was nice and clean and the staff seems friendly.

    Spicy Chicken + Avocado

Family have been telling me about this place so I had to give it a try. I got a bowl of spicy chicken + avocado oommmggg. Best dinner bowl ever! All the ingredients are fresh. Also try their classic pita chips! I should have got an extra order to take home!! Service was ok. Clean restaurant and I love metal forks. I will be back to try something different

Greens and grains bowl with falafel. Only two falafels were given. Missing hummus too.

UPDATED REVIEW: service has gotten a lot better here. The food is great and for the most part the employees are friendly.

Build your own salad bowl, blueberry lavender drink, pita chips.

Food was AMAZING!!!!! I got the build your own salad bowl and I made a mostly Greek salad with a few things added. The fresh drinks were SO good that I had the hardest time picking. I went with a blueberry lavender drink and it wasn't too sweet which was perfect. The pita chips were so delish too. I can't wait to go back.

Chicken was dry and hard to swallow. Their Garlic Pita was salt and some other ingredients! Portion sizes are large. The cucumber, mint and lime beverage was tasty.

Confused by the portion sizes through the drive thru. I paid 20$ for a rice bowl that was not even a third of the size of chipotle.

So I love McAlister's because the food is fresh and they have healthy options, and this location is…read morereally close to my house. They are a little pricey but I knew that going in. This last time I went, I was a little disappointed. I got the 2 for 2 and because I don't eat meat. I chose not to get chicken, and I added avocado on my berry salad, but I had to pay a dollar which felt like a lot, because I did the 2 for 2, you get a much smaller portion, of a salad. I also got their veggie chili, which I love that they offered a vegetarian option. Now the first strike was as I was leaving I asked about the chocolate chip I had ordered for my daughter. If I hadn't asked I would have had to come back because they forgot to put it in the bag. When I got home, I was ready to eat but I almost went back (again) because when I looked at my salad it looked like they forgot my avocado. But as I got further, into the light I saw 3 little slivers of avocado. It definitely felt like I paid for way more than I got. Will I come back? Yes. Is their food normally good? Yes., However this last experience, definitely did not deserve a four star or higher.

It's missing half the sandwich! There was only 2 pieces of bread and just a little of the meat! It's supposed to be a club with 3 pieces of bread and meat and toppings for top and bottom. And there was enough honey mustard dressing for 5 sandwiches. I'm not eating this soggy crap. Then I was getting a brownie for my daughter and NOPE, no freaking brownie! So y'all screwed me out of a club sandwich and a brownie. I will never give y'all another chance!

Our waitress, was very nice and she made sure, that we all, had everything we needed to enjoy our meals. Food The entrées and sides were the highlight of the visit -- well‑prepared, flavorful, and worth the price. *Garlic Caper Salmon -- ***** ($22.00) Perfectly cooked, great balance of flavors. *Blackened Rainbow Trout -- ***** ($20.00) Seasoned well, cooked just right. *Iced Tea -- **** ($2.99) solid, nothing to complain about. *Banana Pudding -- **** ($8.00) Tasty, comforting dessert. *Bread Pudding -- *** ($9.00) Decent, but not as strong as the other dishes. *Service & Atmosphere This is where things fell short. The service felt detached, as if the waitress was distracted or simply going through the motions. The overall vibe in the restaurant -- felt unusually downcast, which affected the dining experience. *Would I Return? I would absolutely visit this franchise again, because the food is worth it. But returning to the Burleson location specifically is questionable based on the atmosphere and service during this visit.

It is affordable which is much appreciated during travel. We had garlicky wings and spring rolls (vegetarian deep fried) to open. Wings were crispy and tasty - not buffalo in size. Had Tom Kha soup, pad see ewe, green curry, drunken noodle, vegetable fried rice, Thai iced tea, lime coconut drink, and the ice cream sandwiches macaroon. Thai iced tea was pretty standard. The soup was sour and yummy. My family is mostly vegetarian so all of the dishes except the drunken noodle and wings were with tofu. The green curry had warmed up green beans and peas from frozen-nothing to write home about. Pad see ewe and drunken noodle were decent. I didn't try the fried rice. The fried spring rolls were more wrap than vegetables. The vinegar sauce was a little bland. The dessert was delicious - lighter in sugar than a usual macaroon. Cookies n crème was dairy, and the blueberry was nondairy, tasting like a blueberry bagel, per my niece- and at the end had a floral lavender rose note. The wait for the food wasn't too long. The takeout containers vary from plastic utensils to bowls, to cardboard box for wings, to foam for smaller bowls, and wooden chopsticks. It was disappointing to not have the option of fish sauce with peppers. But the sriracha sauce and separate dry peppers were offered.

The spicy fried rice (plik khing fried rice) was our favorite and carries the meal! Pad thai was decent, but not the best. Curry was a little underwhelming. Excited to try more!!
