A decent fast, counter service Mediterranean food spot. We came in for lunch on a Saturday and it wasn't super busy but there was a constant flow of people. I love the simple menu and unlimited toppings! I had the greens and grains bowl with lamb and almost all the toppings. It was delicious. There was a good selection of greens and you can choose between rice or lentils. I also love that they have lots of drink options. Service was fast and all the food was fresh. The prices are also reasonable, I definitely don't feel like this place is overpriced like some others. Lunch for $10 and a decent sized meal is perfect. This is also a good option for any dietary needs or preferences because the menu clearly identifies every single food item as gluten free, dairy free, etc. Will definitely come back! read more

I could not recommend this place more! It's across the street from my new job. My coworker suggested it and boy am I glad he did. There a lot of options that all look fresh. Like many others have mentioned, Cava is like a healthier, Mediterranean Chipotle and a great lunch option. The flavors are good but through trial and error I've certainly learned some combinations are better than others. For those in a hurry, I like that Cava provides the option to order online and pickup. GREAT FOOD (but inconsistent serving sizes). So healthy and flavorful! One of my absolutely favorite places to visit to have a meal! The textures are so fun, and it is so healthy. I could eat it for every single meal. We always get the salad or grain bowls with falafel or chicken with every single topping, which are always so delicious. The red harissa is a bit spicy, but still good! :) Pita crisps are fabulous, and all the flavors are so enjoyable! HOWEVER (emphasis on the HOWEVER), the inconsistency of the quantity of food has been a problem each time I have visited, especially considering the higher price tag. Multiple times, the staff skimped on every single topping and just sprinkled the additional toppings that I requested. When I asked for pickled onions and dill, the server sprinkled ONE small slice of onion and ONE mint leaf with maybe tablespoon sized servings of the other toppings. Ultimately, my bowl was very small for the price. I had to ask her to add extra, but she added maybe ONE more slice of an onion. When I carried out another time instead of ordering in the two previous times that I visited, the bowl was filled enough, but, later at another visit, the staff was skimping again on serving sizes. So, my advice would be to definitely comment if the staff if skimping on serving sizes and barely filling the bowl. HOWEVER. I definitely recommend this place to anyone. The food is incredible and so good. Staff might need to work on hospitality/friendliness and serving sizes, but I'm still so thankful to have a CAVA so near me! :) read more

This is a great place to grab a salad or grain bowl. The ingredients are mediterranean-inspired and some vary seasonally, so there is usually something new to try. I tend to prefer spicy and sweet flavors. My go to order is a mini pita or salad bowl with harissa, eggplant and roasted red pepper dip, falafel, pita crisps, pickled onions, tomato, lemon, couscous and whatever seasonal dressing is available. They also have a rotating selection of teas that are usually lightly sweet or unsweet. If you,ve never visited think of it as an elevated, mediterranean Chipotle. The ingredients are always fresh. Their online ordering system is great and they have a loyalty program that is worth enrolling in if you are a frequent customer. read more

A few days ago it was my first time at a Cava location and let me tell you it was incredible!! Firstly, Daniel was heaven sent and he guided us on everything...if only every casual fast food establishment would be so lucky to have such a welcoming and knowledgeable employee! Now on to the food...soooooo flavorful!!!...and the concept of making your own plate felt as if u are at a buffet and can pick different types of flavors of the Mediterranean...personally I really enjoy that and prefer to go to places like that. Major kudos to the Greek chefs/owners of Cava on their restaurant concept and on their recipes which will keep people craving Cava for years to come! I for one will be a forever customer! Decided to try this place out after co-worker suggested it and sat in front of me eating it. Got here and once I saw the pick your own cafeteria line I thought, "cool it is similar to Madgreens" a salad choose-your-one kind of place, and I originally was going to go for a mixed greens salad, then I noticed the fresh pita bread in the wood fired oven. I immediately knew I was going to be in for a much better experience that I originally thought. I went with white rice and lentils. Then the sauces, sow hummus, and other great looking sauces, but what blew my mind's taste buds were the meat options. I landed on braised lamb and was not disappointed at all, next time I might just ask for 4 pita bread pieces and one of each kind of meats, seriously that braised lamb juice providing a warm hot tub of flavor for the rice?!?!? Oh man, what a great lunch time surprise! I'll be back, I promise... maybe too often for my wallet, but never enough for my mouth! Shout out to (pardon the misspellings) Chelsea, Alexis, and Louis! They were so patient and wonderful to work with, they had great smiles, cared about the food quality and freshness, and were wonderful! Decided to go meet the lady for lunch since I had the day off and try somewhere new. Saw the ratings and some of the reviews and food photos, looked right up my alley. I'm really glad we tried it out! Great selection of options: Salad, salad + grains, grains, pita and several versions of those choices, even a kids option which is nice for healthy minded parents and kiddos. I got salad with a mix and arugula added with honestly a mess of different vegetables, some roasted some raw, a spicy feta, red pepper hummus, tzatziki, quinoa, the list goes on and on, topped it with the Mediterranean vinaigrette and a piece of pita. Ate the entire bowl and mopped up the rest with the pita, gone, just delicious and I felt great eating all those veggies! Super fresh, quick service, easy location, definitely a spot that gets PACKED for lunch so either plan for extra time or order ahead and pick it up to go. Next time I'll probably get something similar or one of the pita plates, def recommend Oh, I got grilled chicken and roasted veggies for my "proteins" and did 50/50.
