Old school feeling place in small town Texas. Great service. The food was classic diner breakfast. Loved the biscuits and gravy. The iced tea was also super fresh. Recommended!

This is a down home kind of place and the food is pretty good. Unfortunately, the prices have climbed quite a bit so make sure to check out the latest menus for actual prices

We ordered the chicken fried steak and it was tough and flavorless. The sweet tea was good and the staff was very friendly. I also enjoyed the fried mushrooms.

Chorizo con huevos!

Loved it! The log cabin ambiance, the food was great and the people were wonderful. Will be back!

Finally made it for breakfast! Did not disappoint! The eggs were so perfect, hashbrowns were shaved (smaller than grated), biscuit was so soft! Boyfriend had the salsa with his and he said it was terrific.

Be ready for a greasy spoon with this place. Sweet tea was great and so was the chicken fried steak. The onion rings and chili cheese tater tots were kinda greasy but this is a hole-in-the-wall greasy spoon...know that going in. Our waitress was sweet and apologetic; new cook as well as someone absent in the back cooking area. We did have to wait a long time. Restrooms were clean. #yelpelitesquad

Like this place but is hard to get into with its front steps. Need to put in a ramp for older people.

What a cozy local coffee shop! I ventured out early last…read moreweek for a coffee and found Country Charm Coffee. I ordered an iced Americano and vanilla latte. Both were fresh and caffeine hit the spot! Both my husband and I noticed after we had been on the go all morning! Next time we will try other drinks and maybe something off their food menu.

Headed home this Sunday morning. We had breakfast at Sunview Café, in Anna. I needed more caffeine…read morefor the drive. Just a few blocks east is Country Charm Coffee. They were open on this bright sunny morning. It is a modern small coffee shop, capable making just about any coffee concoction that you could want. The very friendly owners were managing the counter this morning. I had an Americano with a shot of cream. My wife had some kind of white mocha or something. Great tasting coffee, fair prices, fast service. They also have a few pastries, scones, and monstrous sized cookies. The name of the shop "Country Charm Coffee" is a little deceiving. There were no farm tools, saddles, or horse collars, hanging on the wall. No road signs, flour sacks, pickle barrels, or even a vintage oil company sign. It's modern city décor. There was a piece of barn tin decorating the counter. That will work. And written on the wall, "Welcome Y'all!" "Charm?" I really don't have the skill set needed to properly assess charm. I'll stick with friendly. I know what friendly is. Lastly, no drive through. I hate drive throughs anyway. I like to go in, meet the folks running the place, and see what the operation looks like. So, get out of the car, stretch, only a few steps to the front door. Call it a workout. Counts as 4 calories. After a workout like that, you earned whipped cream on your drink. The shop is one mile east of US-75 on the north side of W. White Street. Skip Buc-ee's coffee in Melissa and support this local business.

Bites: Fannin County and Beyond - Chelsi's Country Coffee…read more Read My full review...North Texas e-News https://share.google/LPIbxZEIlxZArQwOL If you ever find yourself near Leonard, Texas, don't just pass through, pull over. Chelsi's Country Coffee is more than a caffeine stop; it's where community, comfort, and creativity collide. With every cup, you're not just tasting a drink, you're sipping on small-town heart and hometown hustle. If you've heard the buzz about the bucket cups, Chelsi's has definitely been part of that viral summer trend. Inspired by a woman in Oregon who started it all, Chelsi reached out to her directly to learn the ropes. The 34 oz buckets are non-refillable and fully customizable with nearly any drink you want, from iced lattes, frappes, lemonades, teas--you name it. Just last week, Chelsi's and their bucket cups were even mentioned on The Ten with FOX 4's Hanna Battah and Steve Noviello, in a segment highlighting the good vibes across North Texas. And the best part? The most you'll ever pay is just $10. It's fun, shareable, and always a crowd-pleaser. I went for the Frappe in the bucket, and highly recommend adding one or two shots of espresso if you like that bold coffee flavor to come through! The drink was smooth, customizable, and just plain fun. Let's talk about that menu. The menu itself feels like a nod to the golden age of country, with drink names inspired by legends like Reba, Alan Jackson, George Strait, and more. It's a country playlist in drink form. One of the most charming touches at Chelsi's is her themed drink menus, because Chelsi didn't just slap names on drinks, she curated a whole vibe. This round? Straight outta Gilmore Girls. "The Yale Drop Out," "Luke & Lorelai on the Rocks," "Stars Hollow"--if you're a fan, you're already squealing. And guess what? It's pumpkin season. That's right, pumpkin is back and Chelsi's isn't playing. So grab a "Gilmore's" (that's pumpkin brown sugar shaken espresso with toasted marshmallow cold foam, thank you very much) and sip it like the fall-loving, Stars Hollow-living queen you are.
