When we were deciding on what services we wanted her to take care of, she showed us this very detailed list of services, kind of like an a la carte menu. We wanted to keep our wedding planner services at $3000 I think, and so we basically picked and chose which things we wanted her to do. SO SIMPLE. No negotiating necessary. After that, she made it feel like our wedding was the only wedding she was working on. Such attention to detail, with a balance of her suggestions and getting our input so that it would still be our wedding. She was honest and straightforward about what she thought were bad ideas, which made us trust in the things that she was excited about and thought were great ideas. Vicky just has so much experience that--really--every little tiny detail was taken care of, so that on the day of our wedding, all we had to do was get our hair and makeup done and show up at the wedding. (My husband and the groomsmen were actually bored the day of our wedding!) The weeks before the wedding, my friends--who know that I get stressed out managing dinner reservations--were amazed to see me so stress-free! And then with a couple of taps of the remote, then you can make them into dance floor lighting. They are superb and Brian is fabulous to work with and a very nice man. I spoke to the representative from Dalissa and found out they rent and deliver all types of items for weddings, parties, or any type of function. I made contact and decided to rent the rose bush and cherry blossom trees. The delivery went seamlessly and so did the pick-up. My guests were blown away at the look and feel it gave the room. I'm extremely happy that I decided to rent these items, they went with my theme and they looked so real and elegant. I initially thought about making my own arch, but this was so cost effective and it was taken back afterwards, so I didn't need to figure out what I was going to do with it after. Plus, who can beat a set-up, delivery, and pick-up without me having to lift a finger. I will absolutely use this company in the future for any party rentals I may require.

This place is extremely outdated and dirty. It's just disgusting. You walk in to find the carpeting of the steps extremely worn down and peeling off at the sides, as it is everywhere else in the building. You walk in to see a big window overseeing the room of inflatables. This facility hosts parties and sports events. We were there for a birthday party and the party rooms are downstairs. To get to the party rooms, you walk down the stairs to a filthy hallway with disgusting turf carpeting and muggy air. I'm sure this facility has a long list of health violations. List of cons: - The restrooms are located inside of grungy looking locker rooms, so you pose the risk of having your child seeing people changing - There is no supervision in the inflatables room. Parents are responsible for their own kids - There is no system to ensure that kids leave with their parents. Anyone can walk out with your kids - My kid wandered into the sporting facility area of the lower level and fell into a rain puddle that resulted from a leaky ceiling - There are random puddles in the inflatables room from leaky ceilings (read: MOLD!) - The air in the lower level can be quite muggy during warmer months of the year (read: MOLD!) - There were buckets catching the leaking water from the ceiling at various places of the facility (I saw them on two separate visits) - Outdoor parking can be limited, depending on what other events are being held there on the same day List of pros: - No time limitation (but why would you want to stay here?) - I assume that it's cheaper here - Outside food is permitted for parties hosted here Although I hate this place, kids don't seem bothered by the filthiness of this place and seem to have a lot of fun.
