Well-organized into sections such as dresses, blouses, shirts, leggings & athletic wear, pants, shorts, some belts, hats & purses. Mostly designer names. Alba checked me out after probably a 20-minute wait in the line. She was bubbly & told me about the business & if I had any questions. They take in items for you to sell as well. The items I took in were clean and wrinkle free, all were designer labels, in pristine condition, many had only been worn a handful of times. As I waited to be helped I wandered around the store to see if I might want to take a store credit to be able to get more money for the clothes I was selling. I am not exaggerating, I would not have purchased one item I saw and believe me, I had plenty of time to look! The girl who looked at my clothes to buy just wadded my clothes up rather than put them back the way she received them. I could not say enough negative things about this dump. Don't waste your time!

I didn't think anything of it at first, but later I took her a vest that someone had worn and left makeup on. All she did was look at me weird and nothing else. As I tried on clothes, I realized that the sizes really only went up to 12 with the occasional 14 or large which is dissapointing. It had been a while since I had been in an H&M and I likely won't be back after this experience.

I have been in these same shoes, in different retailers. *HOWEVER* we entered the establishment a full fifteen prior to your POSTED HOURS OF OPERATION-which *means* you are to serve customers and guests with the same amount of courtesy, energy, and RESPECT that one would utilize during the middle of a shift, the beginning of a shift, the WHOLE SHIFT for whIch you have been scheduled. ALL PURCHASING CUSTOMERS are DIRECTLY RESPONSIBLE FOR PUTTING MONEY IN YOUR BANK AND FOOD ON YOUR TABLE. PERIOD. We went into the store knowing exactly what we were looking for -the discount bin for a few items that we missed the last time we had entered the establishment. As we were confirming that you still had our sizes on your discount racks (because we love clothes that fit, don't we?) I could not help but notice that a three of your floor associates -who were not working in the back area, but standing around-decided to (in a very obvious and projected fashion ) verbalize the closing time. This was a passive aggressive slap- border lining on actual aggression. What was stated verbatim was "WELL look at the time it is 7 o'clock." So please check your schedule 1/25/2021 for your floor walking "customer service " associates schedule for a closing shift. And yes the " " are a slight at these employees as they provided us nothing worthy of the term. As I walked away with my side-eye in full effect and stank face looking right at them, I made sure to also project (very much meeting them with the same aggression) "I know how to look at a damn clock." We did not ask for the names of these three associates in the back. Quite frankly, we had better things to do along a *memorial* dinner to attend. Your employees need sensitivity training -that is 100% a given. They had no idea what the people who just walked in have been going through. Had I been *anybody* else- with a little bit more of a ghetto streak for example -walking away saying "I know how to look at a damn clock," would've been the least of their worries. I question whether or not this location is worth visiting at any time for any reason. I will commend the front end workers. The cashiers were very pleasant and discovered that I was part of the rewards program resulting in an additional discount for my purchase. That was the *only positive experience* I had in your establishment today. Note that it is 7:16 now in the evening. By the time we reached the front door of the mall it was only 7:08(literally across the entire mall). This is how impatient your back of the store workers were. Sensitivity training. Soft skills training.** Get it done**, otherwise the fear of being yet another failing store in a very unoccupied mall, should start setting in very soon. I had an appointment scheduled for the studio in NB Aunt due…read moreto a structural issue within the studio, my appointment was canceled 30 minutes before we were to arrive. I immediately called the portrait studio within this location and was able to be put in on their schedule for the same day. We arrived a little earlier than our scheduled appointment and the studio was packed, but the system the ladies had going was efficient and they were knocking it out. I was able to get checked in and our session was done in no time. I took my son in for pre-K graduation photos and he gave fake smiles the whole session. The photographer and I laughed about it while we were reviewing the photos and she even offered to redo the whole session. That has never happened before and although my son gave those fake smiles, I declined her offer and wanted to keep them so that I can show him those photos when he gets older, lol. The process from check-in to the end where I selected my favorite poses was seamless and took less time than it did at the normal studio location I go to. I am going to start making all of my future appointments at this location. Worth the drive.
