I've been a fan ever since! There is plenty of free parking and it's easy to book services over the phone. I normally switch up who I see, but I have had great experiences with everyone I have come into contact with! This place is clean and has an upscale feel to it! I normally get highlights and a cut. Typically it takes about 2 hours and I never feel rushed. Everyone is very friendly! I would recommend this location to anyone!

Ashley listened, looked at my inspo pic, and created a game plan. She's been doing hair for 18 years and it shows. I am beyond happy with the result. I'm grateful Ashley was available and will likely schedule with her in the future!

If TLDR: I paid $227 for the service pictured below and was refused a refund…read more Let me start off this review by saying that the only purpose of this review is to inform future possible customers of the service and experience I personally received and I plan to only state pure facts. I would also like to issue a genuine apology to the assistant manager for my language, as you can imagine, being a 17 yr old girl my appearance is very important to me and this being my first conflict with a "professional" place of business I did not at the time know how best to handle it. I booked on Wednesday the 17th a microfoil and cut with Kathrine (who I will say was very polite) the microfoil is described on their website as being "a technique for ultra-fine precision foiling which creates a seamless shimmer of color" I'll let you decide if the service I received in the pictures below matches that description. When I saw a few days later what had been done to my hair I went back in to the store and asked what could be done, they offered to tone it or re do the service which I appreciated but later called to decline and simply asked for a refund. Because the owner of the store was not in I could not get a refund at that time which is totally fine I understand that however it would be nice for you to include that more obviously on your website. I also would have liked to be informed before starting my service that you would not be able to match my hair color on my roots. And please do not blame me for the way you made my hair look I have another hairstylist who can confirm that your claims of how it's my fault are incorrect. I also feel I was quite overcharged because on your website price estimate it says I will be paying $190.00 however you charged me $215.00 maybe that's because of the other half a bowl of bleach? I'm not sure. I would also like to request that you stop trying to associate me with every poor comment you get on your page, any reviews that I had anything to do with were taken down. I would also like to add that having your sister message my mother about this situation when I guarantee you she hasn't seen what was done is quite immature and shocking. To quote her "do better"

The salon is absolutely beautiful I love how it looks from the outside and inside. The salon is keeping at lower capacity due to covid which I love and requiring masks etc. I worked with Lauren and she did such a great job on my haircut and color, although I was in the salon for almost three hours haha she was very patient with my hair (having thick , dark hair is not an easy task) she was so good in her haircut and took her time in the color as well. But, customer service is lacking. First most of my 3 hour appointment was talking about god and he all but said my gay father is a freak of nature. If I hadn't had half of my hair in foils I would have walked out. This is extremely unprofessional in my opinion. Never talk about religion or politics, especially with a first time client. Didn't want to piss off the guy who was doing my hair. But, my hair looked so good I booked with him again and figured I'd tell him no god talk this time, My second appointment was to get my hair touched up for my daughter's wedding. I was pressed for time especially with guests coming in from out of town. I waited 15 minutes for Gregg. He never showed! When I was leaving the woman who was there asked me if I wanted to call Gregg. I said I thought you had done that. And she said she had talked with Gregg that morning and he would be in for his first appointment, which was me at 1:00. Wouldn't you think that when she saw he was five minutes late she would call him? And then no reaching out to me to apologize or trying to fit me in before the wedding. Radio silence. I won't be going back.

I think he is a master colorist and I know he has won awards as a stylist. He meets people where they are at and really connects in a positive way. And I appreciate that. They can't give you a standard strawberry blonde, and Kate, (who rents her chair and room), uses the weirdest hair coloring techniques. She gave my hair a strange, dingy, mousy tint with a hint of green that I'm not sure what it is supposed to be. I was blonde once. Unfortunately, it's no longer blonde and not strawberry blonde, like I had asked for. In the interim, I'm wearing a hat to conceal my hair until I can locate a color-corrector. Even worse, my hair feels like it has been "fried," and Amber, the owner, won't take responsibility for anything. She completely blew me off. I would not recommend this salon to others!
