Lots of guys coming after work, kids too. Nice vibe. Big screen tv, couches, and lots of barber chairs. There was a least 8 barbers working. My haircut. Showed Lucas what I wanted via a picture of what I wanted on my phone. He asked some intelligent questions and then got started. He took a good amount of time on a #1 taper cut. He spent a lot of time on the sides and back. I appreciate this. There was an emphasis on getting things right versus rushing through the cut. Perhaps this is why he was 5 minutes late getting to me. I appreciate this a consider this a very fair trade off. Hot towel at the end. Price was 35. I had been paying 50 for a cut with another stylist. I believe this to be good value. I'll be back.

Never happened like this before Extremely unprofessional experience. I arrived on time for my appointment and was left waiting for over 30 minutes with no communication. When I asked, I was told I could reschedule--as if my time didn't matter. The reason given was that a previous bridal appointment ran late. That is not the customer's responsibility. If schedules run behind, communicate and manage it properly. I had planned my day around this appointment, and this level of disregard is unacceptable.
