What more can I say…read more.. Collision Masters did a superb job repairing my car after I was in a single-car accident last year. I'm beyond grateful that Sir Walter Chevrolet referred me to Scott and his crew. My accident occurred last summer. My car suffered minor body damage but some of it's air bags deployed. My insurance company opted to consider my car totaled; they didn't want to cover the cost of my repair. Despite that fact, Scott told me that my repair seemed straightforward after thoroughly inspecting my vehicle. I was informed that my repair could be turned around in a couple of weeks under *ideal* circumstances. I decided to give Scott the go ahead to repair my car. CM's stellar reviews and reputation helped to inform my decision. My repair was turned around as quickly as possible during a time when various components for repairs were in limited supply due to pandemic-related supply-chain shortages. Scott and his crew reached out to part distributors out of state, and even across the country, to find the last part needed for my repair. Scott was communicative and transparent throughout the repair process. In my case, if I had walked away from my vehicle, and not bought it back from my insurance company as a "salvage", I would have been thrown into a new and used auto market where car values were inflated due to the pandemic (Summer 22). Attempting to have my (fully paid-off) vehicle repaired was the better option, and I'm thankful that my car was in good hands in an industry where corners may be cut. If you're reading this, keep in mind that you always have the legal right to choose the shop that you want to have your car repaired at if you're in an accident; shops that are associated with your insurance company may not provide the best level of service.
