He showed me rough estimates so I'd have them when I'm ready and left the decisions to me. That kind of straightforward, no-upsell approach is rarer than it should be. The waiting area is a genuine plus: free wifi, a table big enough to work at, and a small fridge with complimentary drinks, large TV. My one suggestion would be to add a coffee in the AM. I've taken three cars here. They always do a great job. They get the work done. They're right on…read morethe money at the price they quote me for the repair and my daughter's beetle had a strange brake problem. They diagnosed it got it fixed. It was great because somebody had put the brakes on, but created an air leak in brake fluid pump/ the valve so there's no way I would've been able to find that they diagnosed it found it got repaired. Her brakes are fine now and they do a great job. They fixed my son's car. It had a coolant leak. One of the hoses came back off. They came towed his car back to the repair shop for free and fixed it and did not charge me anything else to get it done most places wouldn't have done that Cox repair service and Towing. These guys are very good. They do good work and they're good people. You can't expect something for nothing and you also need to be patient and let somebody work on your car. If you can't do it yourself these guys do a great job. They have a lot of experience. They know what they're doing.

These cheap repair men then quoted me a price FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS above standard cost for the job to REPLACE A SPARK PLUG. $800 dollars. Please tell me what world we live in to where that cost $800. To add, these careless employees then left my interior light on, effectively killing the battery when I went to go pick it up. DO NOT USE THESE THEIVES. They get by doing good work seldomly, and often ripping off regular joes.
