I recognize most of the staff but there are some new ones here. All of them are friendly though. They are gentle and ask if you feel any pain throughout the processes. They recommend different care and have treatment plans. They go over the plans well and they also take time to go over any questions. It never feels rushed even when they have a lot going on but I also don't ask tons of questions so not sure. lol bbbuuuttt they have been great here so I'll continue coming for myself and my family.

I had paperwork to fill out. I the office provided complimentary drinks in the lobby. After my paperwork work was completed I was able to go to the back to get a full scan of my mouth. It was in 3D with color. I was a bit skeptical because of my experience at sage dental but they said not to worry. After going over some of my goals for my smile I felt so relaxed. The dentist understood everything and answered all of my questions. After that I got to relax and watch my show on Netflix because they had TVs mounted on the ceiling while you get your cleaning done. Now the cleaning was such a peaceful moment. She cleaned my teeth with so much care. There were three flavors of toothpaste for the cleaning. I got to try the cinnamon and one other. I really enjoyed the cinnamon but decided to stick with the other that I cannot recall. I even got walked out and was gifted a tumbler too. I absolutely love my new dental office.

I am a very nervous and anxiety person so I opted for the nitrous oxide (laughing gas). I was made very comfortable with a neck rest, a fan to cool me and a mouth support for my jaw since the procedure took about 3 hours. I was given a few breaks in-between to sip some water for my dry throat. I can not say enough about the extraordinary staff and doctor who gave me all the easing comforts I needed. During the whole procedure I was constantly encouraged I was doing good, great and asked if I needed anything. The service that was provided went above and beyond the service any other dental office has ever provided me. I would like to thank the who team who took care of me with outstanding service and support. I also have a second bridge that I need installed and have full confidence that the same support will be offered so generously.
