The information was passed to the current owner, who asked that I pass it to the previous owner due to your time with Sylvan. The refund falls under the previous owner, who has not responded to the email I sent. I let the current owner know and she is currently trying to reach out to the previous owner. I apologize for this delay, but wanted to keep you updated. The amount on the account $1806- cancellation fee $666 = $1140 refund.
