Not my typical place to go, as I'm not a smoker of any substance, however, I have purchased gifts here before! One afternoon as I was headed to Greenman Grove at Caroline Square, they closed about ten minutes early and wasn't sure where to go to find crystals! The friend I was with suggested Natural Mystics, which I was, at that time, unaware that they even had crystals in house! The front glass display is full of a variety of crystals to choose from, and they're all moderately priced! A beautiful purple hair girl, Hannah, helped guide me to the right crystals I wanted to buy for my friends. She educated me on what the different types of crystals were used for, and asked me questions about how they made me feel, and really tried to get me into the zone to be sure I picked the perfect ones! Not only that, but she also gave me her instagram name so that if i had additional questions, I could send her a message and she would respond as best as she could! I went in to pick up one crystal and ended up walking out with sage, palo santo smudge sticks, black tourmaline, blue tourmaline, white quartz, tigers eye, containers, bags and more, totaling about $50, which was unexpected! Great, friendly staff, quality products, and to me, reasonable prices! I will be frequenting Natural Mystics for my crystal and chakra necessities from now on! read more

One of my favorite shops downtown, I always know every time I go in I will be greeted with a smile and friendliness. I love every part of the store even if it's a little cramped it is still easy to get everywhere. Terrible experience today in this smoke shop. Employees should know their product and not make false claims on what they are selling. I was sold a bag of CBD gummies and was told they were 100mg strength. After getting home and eating them and reading the packaging , they are actually only 50 mg in strength. Very disappointed and angry at being told something that this girl with pink hair didn't know what she was talking about. Go somewhere else not this place. read more
