The recitals are really impressive though. They put on quite the stage production, with great dancing, music, lighting, acting (no singing though). They do really well at competitions, but I think the community/friendships and fun aspect are more important than the scores. I do know several of their dancers have gone on to dance professionally, college dance teams, NFL cheerleaders, professional actors etc.

I then called to find out that they had no idea I was waiting because their computer wasn't working?!? And that they have no space anyway. I have since received an email, a text, and voicemail about the tour (I DIDN'T have.). Their callcenter says they have vacancy despite the center telling me they are full until April. If you want to help your child with a learning disability do better in school, don't go to these people as they are not trained to help children with learning disabilities. My reasosns are they try to use rote memorization techniques and standard teaching techniques to teach every child, which don't work with kids with learning disabilities. I was going to just let it go since they did offer me some accomodations to get my son's testing done and were trying to offer me a discount to start tutoring and I appreciated that but then Susie K. tried to shame me and make me out to be a bad parent that didn't care about my son's education. It started off bad and just never improved. They tried to have my son who has ADHD do too much in one sitting (an hour for a pretest without any breaks) so we had trouble even getting the pretesting done because my son was frustrated and in tears from too much pushing him to do the test! This showed me they had no idea about learning disabilities or IEP modifications so I stopped going to them and wasn't going to give them a bad review but then I got an insulting email from Susie K. I sent an email to request they stop emailing me since I had asked them to do this a few times already. In response, she tried to shame me as not caring about my child or education because I simply requested she no longer email me about their services. She has never once tried to find out why I no longer wanted to know about or use their tutoring services, she just sends an insulting email because I got tired of her not listening to my requests to not email me anymore. I had to threaten to contact the Better Business Bureau to get her to stop and in retaliation she sent a nasty email back that said that she didn't want to bother parents who didn't care about their children or education! Her insulting and unfounded accusation is why I am now writing this review! IAs a trained and successful teacher with 15 years experience teaching Social Studies and Elementary Science, I think I might know a thing or two about teaching and serving the public. Having taught that long, I know how to administer IEP accommodations, recognize signs of learning problems, and how to help kids do well as long as they know how to read the basics but I did not know how to teach my son how to overcome his learning disabilities to learn to read because I am not a reading teacher or Special Education teacher. I came to them with tears and a desire to help my son but didn't get the help he needed so I took another avenue and she doesn't like that. After the first disasterous testing session, I talked to some excellent Special Education teachers who told me the centers' approach was all wrong for his learing disabilities so I cancelled any tutoring they had scheduled, despite pressure from Susie K. in several calls for them to continue the test and tutoring, and never went back. From my experience with Susie K., all I can say is she is all about making money, not doing what helps the child.

The refund falls under the previous owner, who has not responded to the email I sent. I let the current owner know and she is currently trying to reach out to the previous owner. I apologize for this delay, but wanted to keep you updated. The amount on the account $1806- cancellation fee $666 = $1140 refund. I have yet to receive the refund and they have continued to ignore my emails and requests for more information regarding who owes me the money. Do not trust them with your money or your child.

The owner, Wendy, was present and even asked what happened. However, the staff had no explanation, and no incident report was provided that day or the following day. That evening, I had to take him to KidMed because he could not put weight on his left leg. (I have attached the KidMed invoice with the date.) When I asked my son what happened, he said he twisted his ankle on the playground. What prompted me to write this review was my final interaction with the owner, Wendy. Earlier in the day, I had called Mrs. Ray and asked if I could receive my son's medication back and a letter confirming my prorated rate in writing. When I arrived, Mrs. Trina and Mrs. Ray kindly greeted me, returned the medication, and Mrs. Trina even gave my child a hug. However, when I asked about the letter, Wendy stated, "It was sent to your bank." I reminded her that I called two hours prior and specifically requested something in writing, which Mrs. Ray acknowledged at the time. Unfortunately, Wendy's demeanor was dismissive and unnecessary. I also reminded her that I never received an incident report for my son's injury--something that, by law, should have been given to me immediately without me needing to ask. Despite the negative experience with Wendy, I do want to express my gratitude to Mrs. Trina, Mrs. Ray, and Ms. Bri. Thank you for always welcoming my child with warmth and care. Please continue doing what you do--you truly made him feel comfortable and valued.

Miss Dorothy was super hands on when it came to assisting our son in potty training. they carry an open door policy for communication which is something I highly prefer when it comes to growth discussions and milestones of our kids. Their educational system is top tier and they are constantly doing weekend/holiday events to make the families feel included and involved. we were so happy and appreciative of their dedication. shout out to Ms Ki'ah, Ms Ray and Ms Wendy for their continued support and creating a positive learning environment for the children filled with laughter and love!
