We had multiple meetings and interactions with Morgan and Ruby. We were impressed with their professionalism and attention to detail. We did a formal sit down dinner with cocktail hour prior. We also hired them to cook our late night food. Of all the vendors we hired we were not worried about Vestals delivering everything they promised. Sadly the night of the wedding was a completely different story. The service was extremely slow and chaotic. My guests were left wondering if they would ever get dinner and it made our wedding time line run way behind. The tables were not bused and the bartenders had to start grabbing glasses off tables since Vestals was not doing it. Waters were not refilled and it was an overall scene we never ever expected. Lastly they didn't cut the grooms cake and left it sitting on the cake table. I give them 2 stars because the food was good but honestly the service was less than 1 star. I warn other Austin brides that they will promise everything but deliver a different experience.

Communication was inconsistent, and several interactions happened with extremely short notice, making it difficult to understand what was going on or what the actual plan was. At one point, access to their system changed suddenly without any explanation. No message, no clarification, nothing. It created confusion and made the whole interaction feel unreliable. Overall, the process felt chaotic and poorly managed. Clear communication and basic structure were missing, and the experience left me with serious doubts about how the company operates.

If you are wondering whether you should go with LGH or another caterer, this is your sign to choose…read moreLGH! I would give them 10 stars if I could because... 1. Harvey and Teddy are such amazing, talented, and kind chefs! 2. Presentation will literally leave you speechless. 3. They serve healthy food that is sooooo good! I hired Harvey and Teddy of LGH for a big photoshoot I was producing in Austin and they exceeded my expectations. I am based out of Los Angeles and I had never been to Austin so as I was looking for an amazing production caterer I came to yelp for some direction. After much research, I was stuck between Harvey and another caterer. Ultimately I chose to originally go with another company but continued to keep Harvey in mind because of his detailed quote and good vibes. After the first day with the other caterer, my whole crew insisted that I find a different caterer for multiple reasons. With my client, Riddell, it was imperative that the food was not only delicious but that the presentation was impeccable. With less than 24 hours, I was in a panic to find a new caterer for the next 7 days of the job. I immediately reached out to Harvey and explained the situation. He was so kind and understanding about it all. After some discussion, he agreed to cater lunch the next day, promising amazing food with decor that will blow me away. You can imagine my hesitation after my previous experience.... Not only did Harvey get to the studio early to set the serving table, but he went above and beyond to match the decor to the theme of the shoot! He had Riddell red accents, custom signs, flowers, tiny boards that named the different entrees.... It was amazing. And the food... out of this world good! And very healthy! My crew left lunch in high spirits, ready to take on the rest of the day! I went on to hire Harvey and the team for the next 7 days for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. They were always on time, answered all my calls/texts, went through the menu with me for each day and welcomed changes along the way, stayed within my budget, and overall was just such a pleasure to work with. In my line of work, I don't get to meet and work with such amazing, caring, personable vendors. By the end of the week Harvey and I became friends. Through long, stressful shoot days, Harvey's presence and conversation lifted my spirits and his food helped me get through late shoot days. I am truly blessed to have found him and Let's Get Healthy. My client, Riddell, and the rest of my crew had such a successful shoot and LGH had a lot to do with that. So, If you are in need of an amazing catering team that makes delicious food, I highly recommend Let's Get Healthy! They will blow you away!

I have worked in hospitality and event planning industry in Austin for many years, and finding a good caterer has always proven extremely difficult. Leading up to the event, Brandi was extremely communicative and flexible with my needs. There was a long period of time where things kept getting delayed on my end due to my organization's policies, but Brandi remained so patient, kind, respectful and accommodating throughout the whole process. On the day of the event, her and her team arrived on time and set up a stunning buffet complete with layered linens and touches of greenery. For the price I paid I was expecting just a standard black tablecloth and chafers on a table, so I was very impressed with the presentation. It made it very clear to me that this is a business that takes pride in their work. On top of this already great experience, the food was fresh and delicious. I am not exaggerating when I say every single thing was seasoned to perfection! I went around to each table and asked everyone how they liked everything, and they all commented on how flavorful the food was. Even our staff with dietary restrictions that received alternative proteins were impressed. I had only paid for the basic-level buffet service, so I was't expecting them to do anything beyond serving the food- but I was yet again pleasantly surprised when I looked up and saw Brandi and her team walking around to each table bussing plates. This was not expected of them at all and I was so amazed with the level of service throughout the entire event. I will absolutely be hiring them for more events in the future, and I recommend you do too!

I reached out to establish a menu, he made some helpful suggestions and was flexible around timing. Deposit paid. Prior to our engagement he confirmed times and menu items and asked about any changes, we had a minor reduction in headcount which was no problem. Day of Chef Mike arrived on time with all the required items to cook and the ingredients for his recipes. Truly, everyone had a blast! This was dinner for six at an AirBnB in Austin, he's done this type of thing quite a few times and can enter AirBnB's with a passcode to start preparing if you or your guests are running late. Very accommodating overall. As far as the food was concerned, YES! Amazing. Everything from the appetizers to salad to main and finally desert. The hero of my meal was the Crab Salad with Ragivote dressing and the Crawfish Etouffe, stellar food. He also gave a bit of a breakdown of Creole/Cajun history. I would 100% book Chef Mike again. I know our group was smaller than usual for him but he was super accommodation. I would recommend him for any corporate event catering or group private dining in the Austin area!
