Specialties
Catch Life's Dojo offers a holistic approach to martial arts, meditation, and self-defense training for all ages. Our programs empower individuals with practical skills, agility, and mental clarity while fostering confidence and personal growth.
Bujinkan Budo Taijutsu Martial Arts
Rooted in nine traditional lineages, Taijutsu teaches strikes, locks, throws, and weapon techniques focused on natural movement over strength, making it effective for toddlers to seniors. Develop coordination, awareness, and practical self-defense skills in a supportive environment.
Nagare Moving Meditation
Nagare focuses on low-impact, full-body movement paired with breathwork. Ideal for those seeking mindfulness and mobility without martial arts, it supports balance, harmony, and neurological health.
Self-Defense Seminars
Learn real-world techniques for confidence and safety, focusing on situational awareness, verbal de-escalation, and physical escape tactics.
Occupation-Focused Workshops
Tailored for professionals in industries like healthcare, real estate, and hospitality, these workshops address workplace risks and teach strategies for safety in unfamiliar environments.
At Catch Life’s Dojo, we don’t train for competition—we train for life. Discover your flow, build strength, and take control. Contact us today to start your journey!
Meet the Business Owner: Anthony O.
Anthony has been training in the Bujinkan for over two decades, starting with an introduction to the art in 2001 as a student at Purdue University. Professionally, his career experience spans two decades across organizations in positions of leadership building and managing teams, developing and nurturing client relationships, mentoring the growth of employees and colleagues, instrumentally influencing the expansion of such organizations, and even as a law enforcement officer.
Armed with two decades of experience in what is ultimately service to the management of human connections, he decided to take what he had already been doing for years, nurturing the growth of individuals...the community, and decided to detach from his professional career committing to the establishment of Catch Life.
