The middle of the flatbread was undercooked which was more soggy than crisp with what tasted like an unseasoned can red sauce. The Mahi Mahi Rachel was unique spin on a standard Rachel sandwich. The blackened Mahi was just okay and oddly enough, the mouth feel of the Mahi was indiscernible from the slaw. I was a bit taken back that the slaw on the Mahi Mahi Rachel contained golden raisins and what looked like cranberries - neither of which were called out on the menu. The tomato and cucumber salad side lacked seasoning despite what appeared to be flakes of "Italian seasoning".
